How are you getting on, have you tried anything yet? Sounds like you might benefit more from a Neigong system that tunes up the fascia and/or Tai Chi that focuses on rebounding/throwing exercises that will build your power and intuition. Bear in mind that people's definition of Qigong/Neigong/Tai Chi differs, but the language doesn't matter if the method and outcomes are clear. Most important is to do what speaks to you because that's the only way you'll stick with it.
