salaam123 Posted September 6, 2024 Can you detect low kidney jing from blood tests? If so, what should I be on the lookout for?
Lairg Posted Wednesday at 11:25 PM Only just noticed this post.  I often see people with low kidney energy.  A close neighbor said he felt faint - and he seemed to me to have about 5% kidney energy level. I taught him when breathing in, to draw life force into the kidneys and leave it there on the out-breath. When I saw him the next day his kidney energies were up to 40% and he was functioning well.  Some of those with low kidney energy have told me their blood tests are fine. So I suspect that the blood is not using physical substances to carry the life force.
RiverSnake Posted yesterday at 04:01 AM (edited) Internal strength, gotta keep the internal organs strong, healthy and the qi flowing. Cleansing the intestines can be particularly useful, as we get older, its capacity to extract Jing from food decreases. Working the organs is a profound practice, unfortunately, you don't see many systems dedicated to the training. Edited yesterday at 04:01 AM by RiverSnake
