Greetings all,

I've been a Buddhist lay practitioner for the past six years, with my practice mainly focused on cultivating mindfulness of the body and insight meditation. I've started to incorporate Qigong during the recent months, and what I've learnt so far has been immensely beneficial to my practice. I'm also interested in the health aspects, in a preventative way- to prepare for old age :). Looking forward to learning from you all.
