Hello everyone. Post Covid I decided to be more consistent with my practice. I have started doing yoga 3 to 4 times a week. I have also started a daily qigong practice (Flying Phoenix) . Im doing one of the qigong poses daily and working on slowly prolonging the time I hold the pose.
