Walking is certainly a great exercise, but i disagree about all the walking meditation

 

I think walking meditation is a scam that dosent really work

 

but you can certainly think about things when you walk

Sometimes on long walks,

I wonder what my next thought will be

then like magic thinking stops. 

And I just walk.

Walking is good, but I think a Farmer's Walk is better if you actually want to get your muscles in shape, not just your heart. It's regular walking, but you carry something heavy in each hand like a briefcase.
