I listened to this video when washing the dishes, though probably missed things through interruptions. It contains a concise summary of many things talked about here on Daobums - what is meditaton and what is not meditation and the need to be aware of the difference between blank states, states of no thought and the natural state. It also contextualises aspects of vajrayana practice. In short a good recap for those familiar with the material and a nice introduction for those not so familiar.
