Recommended Posts

from http://biologyofkundalini.com/article.php?...=SupplementList and http://biologyofkundalini.com/article.php?...lasForKundalini

i picked out a bunch of vitamins and supplements to help overall body and brain function. couple days ago I received the following:

DL Phenylalanine, Gotu Kola, Glutamine, Calcium-Magnesium, Ascorbic

Acid(vitamin C), DMAE, N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC), Huperzine, Acetyl

L-Carnitine, Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), B-50 Complex, Hydergine,

Piracetam

only been using for the past couple days, but overall have noticed increase in well being.

do you guys have any experience with these? specifically i'm curious about the brain inducing supplements like DMAE, huperzine, hydergine, piracetam.

here is an article about 'smart drugs' talking about hydergine and piracetam

http://www.ceri.com/noot.htm

hydergine is derived from the same molecule as LSD and is supposed to increase bloodflow and oxygen to the brain and communication between hemispheres. piracetam used in congunction with hydergine increases its efficteviness by 5x

I've heard that learning to do daily activities with both hands equally well will increase the size of the corpus callosum, and, perhaps, the communication between both sides of the brain. My qigong/taiji teacher suggested I learn to write with both hands, and I have practiced it.

Yes. I have ingested most of it... and probabyl wouldn'T do it again if I were not to have a pretty save resource for it. It is like with taking drugs at a party... you never know what is in it.

I did try some of it for about 2 monthes and it did not help with my memory difficulties...

better stick to a healthy diet... today I would advise amazon herbs and Dr. Schulzes Superfood plus what some advocate: fish oil capsules or whatever...

:)
