And then the journeying to the Source, which all happens internally via MIND and its main vessel: the five elements or phases of yin and yang. A little bit each time until the egg is hatched. When the chicken is ready it will be free to go, fly like a phoenix bird, once and for all. Don't try to hard, the process is independent of you...but make sure you are working hard to crack the egg open.
