When you feel attachment to something - look at -

 

Why am i attached to this?

What is this thing that i am attached to?

Is it worth being attached to?

 

then, who is attached?

 

It sounds so easy, which means its just overlooked and people don't do it.

But you want to understand yourself and why you do what you do, so it's essential.
