What Is Freedom?

Sexual freedom....?

http://www.ijreview.com/2013/03/43825-americans-with-venereal-diseases-could-surpass-those-with-jobs-by-the-end-of-obamas-second-term/

Over a third of Americans have a venereal disease, according to the CDC. At the present rate, those who have problems with their personal equipment will surpass those with jobs by the end of Obama’s second term.

The CDC finding that 110,197,000 Americans have an STI (Sexually Transmitted Infection) was reported by CNS News. In 2008, the last year reported, 19.8 million Americans contracted STIs.

“CDC’s new estimates show that there are about 20 million new infections in the United States each year, costing the American healthcare system nearly $16 billion in direct medical costs alone,” said a CDC fact sheet.

CNS News points out that in 2008 the number of jobs declined by 2.9 million. But the current number of jobs stands at a high estimate of 143,492,000, which is just 121,000 higher than the 143,369,000 reported in December 2008.

So even if those with germs haven’t passed those with jerbs by now (it would be 148 million with VD; but you can’t necessarily extrapolate it out that way), it will be getting dangerously close.

By 2016, according to the CDC’s estimates, more Americans will be needing Obamacare’s shots to the groin than gainful employment. We could definitely stand less stimulus in this country.

freedom is not slavery... but that is exactly the attempted instillation; putting that meme in people's heads makes them easier to control.

Many memes that we are unaware are influencing our entire lives from highschool graduation till life-graduation-funeral.

Worse of all is the meme that convinces people to protect their brainwashed programming rather than think for themselves.

A.I. is still no match for natural stupidity, however  even if human beings can be converted into A.I. they're still plenty stupid!

Edit: to elaborate on programming humans:

Human beings are a "blank slate" species, infinite potential. All you have to do is write the program and install it on their brains.

Sadly, this also makes humans the easiest to manipulate and enslave species on earth.

I have a program for converting artificial intelligent humans into genuine aware humans. But it is not one i can install on you, but one you must willingly install on yourself.

I live to promote the truth and protect free will. I programmed myself!

Well freedom can indeed be slavery.... look at obesity as an example. People eating themself to death without restraint.

Sexual freedom/ promiscuity has many now walking around with multiple infections / diseases some will now have for life...

People being addicted to drugs

People being addicted to pornography

People being addicted to caffeine / sugar / alcohol

Most will say this is freedom / their choice?

All manner of decadence.

Hence the middle path..?

Depends on how you define freedom?

Real freedom has limitations... self control / self discipline

So it wasn't really freedom to begin with... that was a lie.

So you are correct.... it was slavery from the beginning

People being slaves to their animal desires.

looks like addiction and lack of knowledge is the problem.

freedom is fine.

on the anarchy thread i always remind about self-responsibility, self-reliance, and education.

freedom does scare some folks tho,

and to meet a truly free person is terrifying to some.

wwroa, you are not afraid of freedom are you?

we all deal with the in between of chains and flight

I agree. self-responsibility, self-reliance, and (self) education

All these things require self control / self discipline = Freedom

I agree too re Freedom... I guess it got a little lost in translation so so..

People have presented/ sold things as "freedom /liberation" but from the beginning it was a trap...hence the slavery... hence the "It was never freedom to begin with"

I have seen it as such anyhow.

A play on words.

In context with...

"War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength." - George Orwell

These are tools for control.

So the "freedom" they give you will be slavery...

Another example... "credit" cards

Freedom is not: "I can do whatever i want without consequence"
That mind frame is as much slavery as chains and public beatings.

Freedom is not: "Convenience or the availability thereof"
The reliance on convenience is not independence.

Independent and sovereign freedom relies neither on the reliance on others nor the shunning of available help, but the discretion to know which binds and which yields. To willingly enter into a contract is an act of free will to be enslaved within the frame of the contract.

The granting of free will at our first breath upon birth is an uni/omniversal contract to void and nullify any and all contracts inhibiting the individual freedom and sovereignty. That is all our birthright.
