Many years ago a form of meditation just appeared in my consciousness as I studied for my final university exams. It worked quite well. Then I learned a mantra meditation - Transcendental Meditation. That worked better - particularly the advanced techniques Some years later in meditation I was shown a different technique each morning for a week. The first was the most important for spiritual science: Rising on the Planes Decades later it became clear to me that meditating in the heart is the key in the human phase. When I want a stressed human/animal to interact well with me, I give Light from my heart. When a friend is having trouble with a relationship/child I get them to do that too. Usually they immediately feel better about the difficult situation and can see the energy/behavior shift in the other.

In my observation there is a vertical stream of white-gold light that passes through the head and anchors in the heart. In mystical Christianity the anchoring is represented by a flaming heart. The stream of light anchors life force and spiritual purpose in the heart and anchors the flame of consciousness in the head. Most humans suffer some degree of interference with the flow and with the anchoring

So the human is expected to control its physical and emotional impulses but not its mental energies? Are philosophers included? What about heart energies? Are they to be controlled? Or is the heart to be still?

I am not sure that is quite accurate. On another thread I recounted an experiment where a friend gave heart light to herself back at age 5 and immediately felt better in this timeframe. That suggests that both time zones continue to exist and can be operated in - despite the usual human experience of time as linear. Some alien sources say (Earth?) humans are the only (soul-bearing?) species to experience linear time

There may be faster techniques than the Revision method A few days ago a friend phoned and commented that as a child she felt unloved. So I had her go back on this timeline to age 5, where she saw the unhappy child. She gave the child some heart light and immediately we could see it cheered up. At the same time I noticed the adult had cheered up. She agreed. Time taken - perhaps 3 minutes

For most humans the emotions are more refined and aligned than the mental processes. Accordingly feeling uneasy about some action/relationship/direction is usually a sign that things need to be reassessed. That is complicated when the human has interfering entities and significant karma. Fortunately the higher subplanes of the heart are cosmic so that working with the light of the heart is usually reliable Most humans do not have enough control of their thoughts to rely upon mental analysis

The human has functions beyond its species - as demonstrated by the geometric Tree of Life fitting on the human and on various continents. Since our god is a god of right relationship the human is expected to carry out that function as a direct impulse from that Logos. If a human loves itself from the heart then it is doing well. Humans that do not love themselves are facing away from the Logos

There is a vertical flow of Light that anchors in the heart - carrying life force and spiritual purpose. The more attention you give to the Light in your heart the more you will rise above adverse energies Some Christian art depicts a flaming heart - but it seems that the faithful are still not often told that they too have such a heart

I had an example of this the other day. A friend said that she was feeling unhappy and I rather thought that to do with difficulties with her parents So she went back along this timeline to when she was 5 years old. She saw that her 5 year old self was feeling unloved. She gave the child some heart light (spiritual love) and the child cheered up. At the same moment the adult cheered up.

In the Hindu tradition the Mahapralaya is the gap between the universe ceasing to exist and the next universe being manifested. Locally it is the gap when Existence is not occurring. The universe is the body of "incarnation" for a great spirit, that is called the Universal Logos in some traditions. There are many universes and they are clustered as bodies for yet greater Logoi There are many many layers of clustering. Before any universes there is Beingness - with no manifested existence of any kind. Periodically Beingness seems to desire experience and causes Existence with its myriad universes and intelligences - and Beingness interpenetrates them all Some intelligences have a double dose of Beingness - including the soul-bearing humans. The intelligences with the double dose (and possibly much more) are useful in generating coherence within Existence and assist with providing "experiences" relevant to Beingness. In my view that is one half of the essential process. The other half is loving yourself and forgiving yourself for having got into such a situation In this galaxy the heart is where love energy is anchored in the human system. Sending light from the heart is the same as sending spiritual love.

A couple of months ago while running I had pain along the bend at the top of the foot where it joins the leg When I looked there was a line of perhaps 5 grey hooks - that I had not seen before. They were from female relatives from the previous generation - all wanting to keep in contact. So I sent them some heart light and told them they were welcome to maintain energy line contact but not in my foot. I said the upper (transpersonal) part of the heart was the proper place. So they all moved their contacts there and the pain immediately stopped
