I was taught that humans are the center of Creation. It turns out not to be true. There are many beings that are more powerful: physically, emotionally and mentally - but sometimes less powerful spiritually Some stronger beings like to program humans so that they do not use their spiritual power. Most humans are easy to manipulate through placement of thoughts and feelings A common strategy is to generate fear within the humans such as fear of diseases, climate cycles, Russians, ethnic/religious groups, aliens, social rejection, other political groups .... Fear is an open invitation to the entry of dark forces into the human. Generally it is better for the human to develop its heart. Women often like to do that - men less so. The heart is the immediate anchor of higher purpose and life force in the human. Those that develop the heart easily connect to more profound beings and more profound levels of Existence

'Are there recognized phases one moves through on the path to the LIGHT?' Mostly the human learns to control the physicality of the body and then the desires of the body As that progresses, the human becomes more aware of its emotions and hopefully learns to control that too. As that progresses the human becomes more aware of its thoughts and hopefully learns to control those too. So, with proper (clean) control, alignment and intent of/in the physical, emotional and mental bodies, the human then has a persona (mask) can be useful in the local cosmos. With some other preconditions, the human becomes eligible for first stage enlightenment - and admission into the outer layer of the collective of enlightened beings Second stage enlightenment requires control, alignment and intent within the heart Etc...

The initial ideas that appeared in my consciousness seemed entirely natural. In those days I had no sense of any adverse approaches. Later I perceived words and voices in my head. It took me 10 years to identify the primary voice in my head. It turned out that I knew him from several lives - going back a long long way. Heart light: there is a vertical stream of spiritual light that anchors in the heart of the standard format for humans. The light provides life force and spiritual purpose. I started with Transcendental Meditation and after perhaps 4 years started to get interventions during my meditation. One week I was taught a new technique each morning. The first was most important: learning to control my consciousness to specific planes and subplanes. That is the basis for reproducible spiritual science. Speaking to a friend yesterday and he said he suffered from atrial fibrillation - resulting in irregular heart beat etc. When I looked at the vertical flow of life force that anchors in his heart, the flow had lots of narrow horizontal gaps. The gaps seemed to relate to quite a lot of messy deaths in previous incarnations. When he let go some of that trauma there were fewer and much narrower gaps in the inflow of life force

Regularly pushing light from the heart into any dantian will nourish the dantian and it will spontaneously become more competent and active Some martial arts practitioners I know, have difficulty accessing their heart light.

Yesterday was with a friend who has put several years of effort into the heart light practice. She was very pleased with herself. Occasionally she manages simultaneous awareness of herself as a human and as an entity beyond this universe. The cosmic entity that is the Real her, anchors a myriad of threads into various galaxies and species, including one into the incarnation of my friend. Of course that cosmic entity is a local embodiment of a much greater entity and in due time my friend will be able to maintain parallel awareness at 3 levels

Give up if you want. Otherwise learn to use your heart light - and thereby claim your spiritual power

That is not good. It looks like they take your energy to build an instrument they can control. Time for you to step away. Learn to use heart light. You can do it. It just takes a lot of work to break up the dark layer on top of your heart

When meditating, observe the energy lines from him to you. If you are charitable: give heart light to the Earth Mother, then take the lines out from your light body and drop them into the Earth. They should stay there. If you are less charitable, take each energy line in turn and put an ankh on the line. The loop will reverse the energy to the sender. You are still breathing therefore your heart is functional - but there is a dark blanket on top to reduce the anchoring of pure Light. You do not have to put up with that. You can practice pushing a flow of pure Light from your heart out through the dark layer. That will erode the blockage. Also I suspect there is some permission that allows the blocking layer to be so dense. Many humans in previous incarnations were not so kind - even believing angrily beating servants and children was the way to make them good. That might be called: righteous anger. But it was not right.

There are 7 planes in the Cosmic Physical Plane: physical-etheric, emotional-astral, mental, heart-buddhic, will-atmic, monadic (human spirit) and logoic. The typical human has some substance on each of the lower 6 planes - with conscious activity only on the lowest 3 planes until early stages of enlightenment. On each plane there are elemental, lesser deva, and higher deva intelligences available to form interfaces in the human - including as chakras. An intervening spirit may interact with the human on any of those planes and through any of those intelligences, Adverse interference can connect on etheric levels including acupuncture points, but often there is at least an astral form driving the interface with the target human. Mental structures can also be used - particularly as most humans cannot control their thoughts Sometimes interference uses implants including etheric. Interference can be beneficial or adverse. Much criminality is driven by adverse interference. For example: the voice in my head made me do it. I knew a woman who would steal money to buy tobacco for friends. She complained that five minutes after stealing she had forgotten the theft. The possessing spirit was editing her memory. The spirit used nicotine to make her friends more susceptible to possession. She told me she became possessed during sex with a possessed man. Light from the heart is important, as despite the worst interference there will still be at least some access to pure Light in the heart. The pure Light provides life force and spiritual purpose.

It may be important to withdraw any permissions you gave him: Put your attention in your heart and decide that you withdraw all unclean permissions

In the Egyptian/Kabbalistic system the human has five souls - intelligences that operate the physical, emotional, mental, heart and intent/will bodies. Each body is an energy vortex integrated by an elemental providing a set of functions - e.g. physical balance/digestion/healing... Each body should have at least a nature spirit (lesser deva) that manages external relationships e.g. finding the walking track Some bodies, with enough accumulated/refined/integrated energy substance may attract higher devas that deal with cosmic relationships. Thus the Christian account of the soul is the same as the (Holy) Guardian Angel. In that case it is a solar deva/angel that assists the human to manage its higher vehicles: transpersonal mental, heart/buddhic, will/atma. The solar deva progressively withdraws as the human enters the stages of enlightenment and is thereby receptive to the real human spirit. So the solar angel usually makes its first connection through the higher mind. The higher mind anchors in the brain if the brain is suitable. If there is too much damage/contamination in the brain, the solar angel may turn away. Quite a few human forms are not over-lighted by a solar angel. Severe autism, unknown when I was young, often involves the solar angel turning away. Sometimes the nature spirit operating the emotional body will turn away - usually because of excess trauma in the human. The solar angel may have up to 12 human personalities to manage - on various timelines etc. The real human spirit may have up to 12 solar angels to manage. Thus the real human spirit may bypass an incarnation that is not working well

What humans call evil has mechanisms/processes - for example a possessing entity. Rather than engage on the level of the problem, it may be better to lift the consciousness above the problem and intervene at a deeper level. The other day a friend was again having trouble with her very demanding younger daughter. When she looked at the girl's heart it was hard - from trauma in previous lives. So now the mother makes a point of giving heart light to the girl and the girl's behavior is improving. Since then her brother has been reading stories to the girl, and she is forming better relationships

Agreed. At the denser levels this is because emotional and heart processes tend to support group processes - as compared to the one-pointedness of many men(tal) and will processes

Men tend to be dominant as physical and mental - hence needing to control the mind before there is much access to the heart Women however are often dominant in emotions and heart so that their heart development may be established earlier

The personality mind needs to be controlled/refined so that the human spirit may use the transpersonal mind - with the personal mind as the servant. Later (in most cases) the personal heart may be refined and managed so that the transpersonal heart may dominate Later still the higher will (atma) may dominate the will of the personal mind Then the human spirit shines cleanly through the persona (the mask)

Sometimes there is something for me to do in the greater system. To take a trivial example, I was at a friend's place earlier and she had a partly formed nature spirit sitting above the house. She had two sorts of vitamin C on the bench. She pointed out one and said: that feels much better. And I could easily feel that. So I said: ask the nature spirit above your house to improve the other vitamin C. She did and in less than a minute she could feel the target vitamin was much better. I could feel it without needing to touch the container. She asked why the nature spirit was partly formed. When she gave some heart light to the spirit it developed its missing higher levels. She could see the change. As below, so above

Many years ago a form of meditation just appeared in my consciousness as I studied for my final university exams. It worked quite well. Then I learned a mantra meditation - Transcendental Meditation. That worked better - particularly the advanced techniques Some years later in meditation I was shown a different technique each morning for a week. When I want a stressed human/animal to interact well with me, I give Light from my heart. When a friend is having trouble with a relationship/child I get them to do that too. Usually they immediately feel better about the difficult situation and can see the energy/behavior shift in the other.
