  1. Alchemy, is it real ??

After death, a person loses their yang aspect and remains in the yin aspect unless they are a highly advanced practitioner. Anyone who has ever experienced an out-of-body state understands what this means. In the yin reality, there are many different entities, and a person becomes open and vulnerable to them. All those stories about blissful experiences at the moment of death are partly true, while separation from the body is not yet complete, one may feel a sense of release and even happiness. But then the yang gradually fades away and few can tell what happens after that. I assume that one can end up in very unpleasant situations within the yin reality. Relying on a happy rebirth seems rather naive and unreasonable.
  2. Nice to meet you all!

Venus symbolizes Lucifer. Are you Luciferian? What brings you to this forum?
  3. Nei Gong systems

They do not heal other people until they have abundance of pre heaven qi. Also it is not only about their own qi, there is smth else that is used to heal people. I would say they are mediums. But if one is trying to heal others having their own jing leaking there will be waste of yuan jing. So persons own leakage must be stopped prior to healing of other people. And healing is just additional skill, main goal is immortality and even work on more higher levels. I think development never stops. Now compare this approach with another one mentioned above. PM me
  4. Nei Gong systems

Yes, but there are healers systems in which one can become immortal. At least I know one of them. And at the initial stage they dont do healing - they do it after some level has been achieved and their spending do not harm much. In case of Rudi's system I don't know how far one can go with it.
  5. Virtue and heart-mind purification

IMO this is supreme Goodness, but it is not only like good behavior. Majority of people can't recognize it due to strong post-heaven shen influence which caused by post - heaven negative yin factors (energies, that is also called karma but not in Daoist teaching)
  6. What you think about this concept? (taken from The inner teachings of Taoism. Chang Po-Tuan commentary by -- Cleary Thomas )
  7. Nei Gong systems

Then it is all about $$$. But wasting his yuan jing. It is like you have been collecting jing for one year and then you decided to show up with your incredible skills wasting half of what you gained during last year
  8. Alchemy, is it real ??

Yeah, what happens then in your next incarnation? You remember all your skills? No warranty you get physical body again, some people souls can stick to the Yin reality after death for aeons. No warranty you will find right methods of cultivation. Daoist say you must cultivate in this life time
  9. Alchemy, is it real ??

You can love yourself and people around you and then die. Is not death suffering? Buddha said life is suffering but there is the way how to overcome it. Right relationships matter but it is not only what you need to cultivate in your life
  10. Alchemy, is it real ??

Not physical but what precedes physical manifestation. If your yuan jing is leaking you can't even dream about " spiritual unfoldment"
  11. Mixing is not recommended until you are good at one system. May be doing SOME TTP exercises is good along with FP (what Terry recommends btw). Kunlun and FP energies might be not compatible. I know that even mixing Sunn Yee Gong and FP is not good idea until you are good at one of them
  12. Nei Gong systems

But you are right. Better to start by determining how comprehensive the system you are going to practice is and what the teacher's personality is like, as well as what they have achieved themselves. Unfortunately, most of the systems currently available in the market of so-called 'spiritual development' essentially represent a commercial product for sale, which serves as a means of enrichment. Some systems are quite effective but lack all the methods necessary to be complete. Mainly, this refers to Yangshengong, which is also not bad, but does not provide the results that were originally intended by the Daoist practice systems. In such cases, there is simply no point in mixing incomplete systems, and some may even be incompatible.
  13. Nei Gong systems

General issue with mixers - they do to many things and non of them properly, burn out their jing... red flag
  14. Nei Gong systems

Sorry, he is 56 but looks older
  15. Nice to meet you all!

Cant say Welcome to 666. Why not 999?
  16. Zhan Zhuang is Not for Beginners

Standing for the sake of standing, seating for the sake of seating, eating for the sake of eating... You have to understand what you are doing while standing. And in first place the question if this gives you qi or may be you burn your qi. Devil is in details. Majority of people just burn their yuan jing by long standing, so you must know how to collect yuan jing before that
  17. Zhan Zhuang is Not for Beginners

This one is very external one.

  22. Zhan Zhuang is Not for Beginners

what about this one? still awkward for you?
  23. Zhan Zhuang is Not for Beginners

What is awkward? I dont do it from this video, dont worry. Prep meds can be done anyway, they do their work, it is important part of taiji training.
  24. Zhan Zhuang is Not for Beginners

This is preparation for taiji neigong (more like qigong). I do it in more narrow stance, no stress for me
