    DId you read the thread here with info about a book called "The Emerald Covenant"? I thought about you in connection with it and wondered if you were at all interested in it. It was do with Michael Winn and a channeled entity called Yokar..

     

     

    I'm roughly 68% male or was last time I looked.

    Well, you may want to consider that somebody who claims to be a priest may not necessarily be one

     

    If you read his bio you'll see he is a self-made priest

    Well, I read his site and he seems to have been appointed by a mystic vision of Taoist immortals/gods.

     

    Mind you, let he without a mystic vision cast the first stone.

    I find it a little strange that someone who says they are a Taoist priest would post something like this and I would question the motivation. I also wonder how someone in his position has so much time to post lengthy messages at such a rate.

     

    He is right about some things but quite argumentative really - another strange trait for a Taoist - to threaten to post under other names is completely out of order (for anyone) as it would completely undermine any conversation on here. As always on here unless we know someone personally we cannot be sure who we are talking to - if they start sock puppetry or trolling then all chance of conversation is lost.

     

    This place is successful because it is so open, eclectic and sometimes a bit crazy.

     

    Despite this I can't see any grounds for banning and only limiting if he completely floods the discussion pages. Its up to us individually to make up our minds about him.

    I wish you all the best and understand that I am a taoist, I know because I see and experiement through it. I am seeing many students having this problem through out their life too. So it's time to get alert if you are willing or want to try cultivating in taoism. If not, you are just putting a mask over your face to hide the real face of yourself by putting some cosmetics over your words.

     

    I know I am too serious, but Taoism is my profession, how can I not be serious?

    I see where you are coming from Mak Tin Si and as I say I have already withdrawn so as not to offend - but there are all sorts of humor in this world and humor is a natural thing, sometimes a reaction to hardship and stress, sometimes a way of turning the world on its head and shaking up how we habitually see things. I am kind of surprised that as a Taoist you don't get this. But maybe its me that doesn't understand.

    Observe into the "feeling" of how people reply and psot up there before you comment though. Can you feel how happy they are when they are "destroying" other's wishes?

     

    You are talking about "corrupt a WISH" not "WANTs".

     

    If this is a topic about "WANTS and DESIRE lead to corruption" I am totally agreed and will say "YES" to the topic, but this starter is about corrupting a "wish", which is not good indeed.

     

    When people wish, you bless them with all your best effort as a kind of manner.

     

    When you want or desire, it is the heart devil inside yourself that lead yourself to corruption. Like how some kings like to want more and more money, more and more women, at the end they corrupted themselves and their country and kingdom falls apart. That is nature and something we shall beaware of.

     

    This post here is actually not about this, but promoting people to be "joyful" when you reply and "destroy" other's wish by going around some loop-holes. With many sometimes some rediculous reasons too.

     

    If you want to defend, read the above replys and feel their heart before you choose where to stand. I totally do not feel what you said about these replys. Maybe I am bad at reading, haha!

    C7 is the large vertebrae at the top of the spine and base of the neck. Is it this bone which has been wholly or partly removed?

     

    What kind of martial art was your teacher?

     

    Certainly no problem for softer arts and inner working.

    You have to understand that's from the Daily Mail. This means a) its probably made up b ) if its not completely made up its exaggerated c) people who read the Daily Mail have had their brains removed at birth.

     

    I don't want my country disparaged by this nonsense. Remember Magna Carta and a brave stand against fascist oppression. We also gave the world the Spice Girls and David Beckham and have the worlds gloomiest Prime Minister - there is much to be proud of.

    about olive oil soap.

    After reading this thread I have starting using pure olive oil soap. Bit too early to say if its working but teeth feel very clean and taste is ok. No additives.
