Is this the Chen Tuan sleep meditation (睡功)?
I've been practicing it but I don't feel anything special. Could anyone provide any tips and tricks?
I think maybe if you're not yet a high-level practitioner, then it's probably pointless. I say that, because the start of the practice mentions swallowing 'saliva', which is an advanced stage of neidan, and this meditation is considered neidan.
Perhaps Yoga nidra would be better.
