Hi, i am practicing visualization meditation i am getting headache and I want to daydream. Yesterday i started to do mental violence in daydreaming why Is this happening?

Hi everyone, i am a strong believer of master and Disciple relationship. Not only neidan even to learn normal things like l car driving, drawing, swimming etc you need teacher guidence. But @Taoist Texts says we don't need a teacher to learn neidan. So my question to Taoist texts. " Is it possible to learn neidan without a teacher" if yes tell the LDT meditation technique.

Lol. I completely disagree with your interpretation. Cessation of suffering means free from birth and rebirth which means person becomes a arhat. Anugamin ( non - returner) almost reached cessation of suffering this person will become arhat in Buddha's pure land

Hi, in Bhavishya puran ( on of the 18 Books written by sage veda vyasa author of epic Mahabharata) their is a interesting story. King salivahana meet Jesus in Himalayas. Salivahana see a man radiating golden light near manas sarovar. Salivahana: who are you? Jesus: I am " Isha putra" ( son of God) i take prophethood in order to teach Barbarians Dharma.
