Various bad things have been done to me, but looking back, the bad things turned out to be good for me - changing my course for a better one. It may take lifetimes to get a real-time transpersonal perspective. Meanwhile the human feels better if it punishes the other party. That used to be called righteous anger - a wonderful feeling being angry and righteous while punishing.

I was with a family yesterday and the youngest child would not finish the porridge she had requested - and was asking for other food. The mother was offended and insisted the girl finish the porridge first. The girl refused. The mother was inclined to punish. I asked the mother to look at the energy of girl's intestines. Immediately the mother could see that the girl's intestines had had enough porridge. So she decided to serve the girl in a smaller bowl in future.

I have yet to find a situation where all the guilt lies on one side

A friend phoned a few days ago, sounding hoarse and complaining about her throat. I asked her if she could visualize a rope around her neck. She could. "Who is holding the rope?" She could see her younger son. So: - Forgive yourself for being such a shit that he needed to hang you - Forgive him for having had to hang you A minute later her voice had become normal and she was feeling much better There were more family members involved but I shortened the account. One of the attributes of the heart is direct knowing without mental process. Direct knowing mostly develops after first stage enlightenment. To be fully functional requires control of the fifth sub-plane of the heart plane

My own experience is of progression. Once the bodily desires are properly managed, most of that management becomes subconscious. Similarly management of emotions and thoughts is increasingly subconscious. An obvious example is a mother physically and emotionally comforting a distressed child while having a rational conversation with her partner. Eventually the initiate has most of its attention in relationships and intent, with the internal matters largely delegated to internal intelligences

The fellow living over the road from me once told me about his OBE. When I asked him for details he recounted flying low over the landscape and up the wall of a dam and over the water. He said it looked just like physical sight. That experience seems to me to be etheric projection. Astral projection differs in that there may be many strange creatures and that, since the astral is of the element water, there can be many inverted reflections that are easily misunderstood

"everything is perfect" From the perspective of The Source of All, that seems to be correct. The TSoA seems to generate Existence in order to experience. As far as I can detect, dark experiences are useful as light experiences. Presumably the intelligences bound up in the dark experiences are learning by doing If so, humans may be better to stand above their human experiences, as an adult stands above the tantrums of a child

Using any substance from within this solar system (e.g. mental and emotional substances) necessarily engages the user in solar systemic karma - and of course mental and emotional processes tend to flow in the pre-existing patterns of that substance. So I stood in the centers to feel the energy flows. For some reason in the third cairn I tried to recite an important spiritual verse that I knew very well. I found I made mistakes in every line. I tried at another cairn and had the same problem. I visited the cairns a year later, again accidentally when the sun lined up with the passages. This time there was no problem in reciting the verse perfectly. So what is the nature of the urge to keep eating well beyond necessity?

My own view is that multiple wills exist in the human format. For example, many have difficulty stopping eating a favorite food. Others are greedy for power. At a more abstract level, it is useful to distinguish the personal will from the transpersonal will
