A Qigong needs time to mature, which means a lots of practice by many people, including generations of masters and students. For developing of theory of the Qigong also needs time. If someone inverted a new Qigong in China last year, most people in Qigong circle would not trust it so they would wait and watch aside. For this guy named "Yuan Tze", we do not even know his real Chinese name. Is he qualified to use the name "Tze (子）" ?
