  1. Kundalini can be awaken forcefully ...which brings some people into spiritual emergency centers  or into the psychiatry. And i would advice against such practices.

Kundalini awakens by itself when one is ripe.

A real kundalini awakening is not englightenment.

Kundalini is a mechanism of clearing and transformation which leads eventually to enlightenment. However most people cannot sustain a full blown awakening.

Having sex has nothing to do with getting enlightened or not.

Too much sex is, as with everything too much not healthy for body and mind. finding a good balance is supportive with ones healths.

  2. Hi A.A. Khoklov!

    Thanks for sharing!

Really cannot see the posts from awaken anymore.....it starts to really annoy me!

    My question:

As far as i know yuanjing is replenished in the "laying the foundations stage". But now you say that that yuanqi is one of the first things to replenish. So i am curious:

Is yuanjing replenished before yuanqi or are they replenished at the same time?

    Thanks in advance!

  3. Hi!

There is a permanent awakening and there is one that is temporary.

Awakening is a shift in identity or self perception, a shift out of the Person you thought you were to the consciousness that is the source of everything.

the awakening itself is beyond senses, thoughts, emotions and sensations but influences them. How it influences them is different form Person to Person (how much Clearing has occured Prior to shift etc.).

    here are some good links:

  4. Hi CT!

i just recommended a website....nothing more. I am no teacher just share something here and there.  :-) From their website:

The descriptions on the following pages are not descriptions of "spiritual experiences".  They are either descriptions of the awakening process itself, shifting from one state of Consciousness to another, or descriptions of life lived in the Awakened state.

There are higher states of Consciousness within Consciousness itself.  In each state, Consciousness has a different perspective, reality, knowledge and experience of Itself.  "Knowledge is structured in consciousness".

"Spiritual experiences" are temporary experiences of refined perception that can come and go.   Their purpose is to keep us on the path toward remembrance of Self.  "Awakening" is a permanent shift to the remembrance of the reality that "I am Consciousness itself".

Consciousness' shift to awakening to itself (within you) is very distinct and cannot be missed.  The process of the shift and the intensity of the experience is different for each body/mind/nervous system, but the result is always and forever the same.

Awakening is another name for enlightenment and the person who started this post wanted to know about "quick ways". That is why i shared. Don't know how this could be helpful or crucial for a person. Just click on the blue "higher states of consciousness" there is enough info there.

  5. SELF Wakes up to itselfSELF.

Actually the experience for some is that of "waking up".....out of the experience of seperation to the eternal Self....as if one has slept all along.

I have never been to their retreat but i am friend with someone who woke up on their retreat and know some others who also woke up.

from their Website: Awakening is a permanent shift of the remembrance of the reality that i am consciousness itself.

I would say it is a shift in self identification from the individual me to the source of all.

  6. Hi!

quite a few People woke up on a retreat of Lucia and Lorne Hoff. lucialorn.net

but of course one has to be ripe for that to happen. Afterwards there is a lot of winding down of old Patterns as the self deepens to itself.

they have also vids on YouTube where the silence can be felt if you are a Little sensitive. The talks they share are not for the thinking mind but for the real self (no knowledge is gained listening to them)

  7. Hi Shad282!

Scott Kiloby was mentioned...his work is powerful and helps a lot of People. We have incredible amounts of imprinting within us. Not wanting to feel bad is what keeps the ego /seperated self alive (its resistance against Feeling bad is one of its cores). Look into his work. Also very powerful (same work) but from a different angle is Michael Browns "the presence process". (its a book but there are a lot of vids on YouTube).

Being able to feel negative emotions fully without acting on them takes time because it goes against the cycle of samsara but it can be trained like everyting else and the more of These imprints are released the more a natural joy and ease will come (and also the understanding of true love).

  8. The main formula here is - to clean it regularly. Similar to how you do it in your house or how city services do on the streets.

And secondly you can try to take yourself away from dirt.

Did he? Any kind of qigong is allright in case it doesn't harm people. The difference in WuLiupai is that Jiuyangshengong uses special mechanism to initiate yuanqi movements inside of a practitioner's body (]not ordinary qi but yuanqi) and that is why it has that 16 specialities we can discuss a bit later.

So it can only look similar to spontaneous qigong but not being it actually.

    Best Regards,

    A.A.Khokhlov

    Dear A.A. Khoklov!

Would like to hear some of the 16 specialities you mentioned!

Thanks in advance for taking the time!

  9. Dear Aleksey!

    You wrote:

One of the reasons is that WuLiupai transmission principles doesn't suit modern Western culture well. I.e. it would be extremely hard for people to fulfil the requirements for students. This limitation would have been really pity but later our WuLiupai Teachers in China inroduced us to Patriarch of Yuxianpai School which is a real treasure for the modern world and is much more easier to start practice. It is what we teach our Western students now.

But this statement would also be true for russian students.

With wuliupai, would there be exceptions for western students if they would be very serious in their training?

(also wrote you a personal message)

  10. The best work i know about emotions is from Michael Brown "the presence process". There are a lot of Good vids on YouTube about this work. Also very Good ( the same work as from Michael Brown but different approach) is the work from Scott kiloby. Look into the articles section on kiloby.com for a first look into his work.

  11. Hi journ3y!

From my experience with an full blown kundalini awakening and that of others i have spoken with that is not some escape because you believe your life is not exciting enough. A full blown awakening means you will have to die over and over again as everything that is held dear by you is being teared away. Meaning loosing friends, job, relocate to another area etc.

If it is not full blown it can be manageable though.

Most important thing in my view is being able to fully feel emotions as the kundalini will bring the suppressed stuff to the surface for clearing. Meaning being able to fully feel intense fear, anger and grief, shame, inner conflict etc.

My advice would be to do "the presence process" from Michael Brown at least a few times to develope the capacity to fully feel and not get stuck in the stories that these intense emotions produce. In that way you would have a safety net if some really uncomfortable stuff comes to the surface.

All the best to you on your way!

  12. Hi Brightmoon!

If you have found something that brings you joy that is great!!

I just want to add some points:

I have also researched (and practised) Kriya for a long time. Yes, babaji seems to be an immortal. But do not forget that the original kriya masters all aged normal and died.

Kriya Yoga brings quickly a very deep quietude into the mind that is for sure.

Navi Kriya is used to break the knot of the navel according to Lahiri Mahasaya. (he had a four knot modell which is distinct from the classical 3 knot modell). Navi Kriya is not practiced in most lineages today but the lineage of Sadhanananda Maharji still practices it. It also helps to bring about the breathlessstate much more easy.

I would also add that the goal of Kriya is different from Neidan as it is based on the hindusystem of "leaving behind the illusion of this body" where as Neidan tries to transmute the body.

Also Lahiri in his commentaries describes Kriya breath "going up and down" he is not talking about the MCO in any of his describtions. (meaning no circulation)

the most original Kriyalineage we have today might be from Sri Mukherjee (http://originalkriya.com/) and this Kriya is different from all other Kriyas....much softer. (http://kriyayogainfo.net/files/Document%20about%20Sri%20Sri%20Lahiri%20Mahasaya%27s%20original%20Kriya%20Yoga.pdf)

another BIG difference with Kriya and Neidan is that Kriya used postheaven breath and real Neidan works with preheaven stuff. This difference is huge and results in totally different effects.

  13. My name is Michael and i am from germany.

Had in 2004 a spiritual awakening (kundalini type) and now i am mostly interested in real neidan (especially in Wuliu pai) and i will go to the initiation in Xiao Yao Pai.

i am a big fan of Michael Browns work (the presence process) and also of Scott Kilobys work.
