New Caledonia ? Captain Cook sailing north and looking back ? It seems (after more research ) it was a navigational direction ; 'Keep those rocks to your south west ' . Maybe a Feng Shui navigator in the Zeng He expedition

Down on the south coast here is a place the 'white fellahs' call ' Mt Dromedary ' . Capt Cook started that by naming it what he thought it looked like from sea . from a local indigenous man ; '' What ! And WTF is a dromedary anyway ? How dare he call our beautiful mother Gulaga , that anyone can see from the ocean - a woman lying down - a friggen CAMEL ... what an insult ! And , the old people , they told us about that Capt Cook going past , they all saw him , how could you miss it ! Of course, back then we didnt know what it was , a big thing like that with white wings floating on top of the water . The only thing we ever seen like that before was a pelican . Now , is was a long way away and hard to see but they decided it must be a giant pelican , coming back from the dreamtime . Now pelican - he is a greedy fellah, you go fishing, he will steal your fish . if you dont stop him, he will eat all your fish - gobble them up . Imagine what a giant pelican would do . So they were worried that giant greedy pelican would come and steal all our fish and other stuff . But that pelican, he kept going . But later , well, in a way, he came back and he did what the old people feared would happen . '' - going up Gulaga ;

It isnt just the 'transcendent ' ... its a new age way of avoiding 'fixing the problem' .... just get all sugary positive about things or the 'trance' one goes into from long term 'non suffering ' ( like when you live a privileged lifestyle and 'fall in love ' )

supposedly ... for a Christian, that is what we are supposed to be However from the shepherds perspective .... he knows where they will 'end up ' .

I agree but .... That is normal everyday 'will' not 'wilt' as is considered in the meaning of the phrase ( that is, the phrase which is the title of this thread ) . The 'will ' is multi faceted or just multiple , as you observe - as the 'self' is . Without integration of wills and selves , we are an unruly mess of drives, 'purposes' and . sometimes conflicting , wills .. Even with the concept of the 'True Will ' ( which is the 'will' referred to in the phrase ) one must be mindful and respecting of 'transpersonal will ' ... that is 'beyond your own person ' as ; if ( and especially 'magically' ) one affirms the importance of enacting one's True Will , then one must give the same right to others .... otherwise ... well, that's just selfish, greed , even 'personal fascism ' .

We have a coastal town further south , right on the coast, out on a type of peninsular called ' South West Rocks ' sometimes I visit and a few times I have asked , ''What is South West Rocks, south west of ? '' Most look blank, or laugh or dont understand the question ?

From looking at his link I would say he was Uranian .... right 'up there' with the others from 'Uranus' ... possibly he could be 'up there ' on his own though

What is meant by God of Abraham?

Sitchen could not even translate cuneiform ! And what sort of advice or reference is that for Haribol ? What , he has to read the whole corpus of CRAP from Sitchen to find a reference to your c;aim ? Dont do it Haribol ! Bad advice - it will wreck your mind ! (or if you are bored , you could do it for fun ) but remember : AI Overview No, Zechariah Sitchin's theories are generally considered invalid and pseudoscientific by mainstream scientists, historians, and academics, who criticize his translations of ancient Sumerian texts as inaccurate, his interpretations as speculative, and his claims about extraterrestrial "Anunnaki" creating humanity as unsupported by evidence, conflicting with archaeological and historical facts, and lacking scientific merit . Key Criticisms: Linguistic Misinterpretations: Sumerologists and Assyriologists point out Sitchin's mistranslations of Sumerian cuneiform, arguing he imposed modern concepts (like a 12th planet, Nibiru) onto texts that describe known celestial bodies or mythological figures, not aliens. Ignoring Evidence: His theories disregard established archaeological findings and evolutionary biology, presenting fantastical narratives as historical fact. Pseudoscience/Pseudohistory: Academics classify Sitchin's work as pseudoscience and pseudohistory because it's based on flawed methodology and unsubstantiated claims rather than rigorous academic standards. In essence, Sitchin's ideas are popular in alternative history circles but are not accepted as valid within professional academic or scientific communities. -
What is meant by God of Abraham?

Ye eeeeee eeeee s . I need to be careful with definitions here . IF we call the earlier 'followers' as depicted in the Bible as 'Jews ' than yes ; Judaism was formulated as a state religion and the temple 'cleared' and dedicated to 'one God - YHVH ' and clear monotheism established ... that seems to have been Josiah's work . ( 640 - 609 bc ) . Before that it seemed your regular Canaanite temple with all sorts of goings on in there . We have two choices ; to believe either that they were monotheists who would always, continually slip away from that and get terribly punished and never learn and keep doing it OR they were a blend of people with different Gods and ' at best ' some 'henotheirsts ' ( there are other Gods , yes, but mine is best ) ; in either case the bible itself attests to this . . -
not if you row across two oceans .... that will spin the compass like a top ! oh .... edit ... my mistake ... sunrise if you row across two oceans the rotation of the earth will be reversed

Then if one is considering its nature 'from beyond' or 'apart from' using the mind (if that is what is meant ) then there must be a faculty beyond or apart from mind to consider it ? or are you saying mind considers itself (it doesnt look like you are saying that ) '' the nature of the mind and eventually identify with this as one's ultimate "self.'' so if mind is supposed to be identified as ultimate self , what is considering this non conceptual or intellectual definition ? or maybe its just the syntax you chose or my misreading ? Are not the first two, products of the mind ? Yes.

I stopped at ' Japan is west of China... if you row across two oceans' . I can affirm its not . ... and I have rowed from Australia to Portugal !

What does the death of an individual have to with the survival of it's race ? The death of the individual is how a race survives , a key mechanism and how evolution works .

Its often been hard to post an image here lately . yes, 7 and 8 do seem similar , in the western system they would be under the 'invocations' section Ah yes .... little understood that one ! Sometimes I am asked ( usually after a 'session' of 'teaching' ... which is usually just getting bombarded by questions ) '' But what do you do now ?'' or '' Why dont you do that practice anymore .'' - thats the easier answer . I would say , possibly the same with me .... depending on the definition / concept of this 'mind' being talked about . . . and regarding that as the 'ultimate self ' . Very similar to the practice of 'maintaining consciousness center and energy flow through the 'hara ' . I mentioned this training before ; ' Now ... stand up and come over here next to me ..... did you loose your hara ? ... go back and sit then . '' yes it was mostly applied to 'fighting ' training , but after a while it spreads out to other areas . The more you tell me about this tradition the more I like it

Fight ... fight .... fight ..... Mod fight ! Yeah !

Yeah but ..... thats only because you dont have a soul

Australian desert dragon ; Thorny Devils ( ' Moloch horridus ' ) are really small but a wonderful lizard . You can put your hand under them , under the sand and scoop them up . They dont seem to mind and dont move while you do it, or maybe just a bit . On your hand they just sit there, maybe cock their head to look at you . It is illegeal to 'interfere' or touch them .... but I was with an indigenous elder and he instructed me to to do it as it was a desert sand 'roadway ' , so we moved them to safety . Curious little fellahs

You keep referencing this Egyptian 5 soul thing , even though its been pointed out twice its incorrect Egyptian concept of 'souls' is up to 9 . Are you trying to somehow join the Egyptian concept to the Kabbalistic ? and it also seems that by pacing them together like that you are assuming the Kabbalistic soul concept is similar to others .... nah ; '' In essence, while many philosophies explore multi-part souls (e.g., Ancient Egyptian) or the struggle between higher and lower selves, the specific combination of a dual soul structure, the five developmental levels, and the concept of the soul as a literal "part of God" waiting to be revealed within the context of Jewish law makes the Kabbalistic concept unique '' ( not that this helps Tommy with his question ... you just obfuscated things for him )

Excellent ! many just use the term and have all sorts of ideas about it . What do you think it might be ... from your perspective ( not really interested in a copy of others thoughts ... been researching that for decades ! ) ... let's say you do have one , what do you think it might be ? Office job ? Obviously the original context is not following the supposed 'current' recommended religious practice It can mean dont sell yourself out for material gains . Are you familar with the idea that many indigenous or even 'third world ' people with little material goods often seem naturally happy while rich people with a lot of possessions have a high rate of depression and 'pointlessness' ( that is ... unless you own a jetski ! )

A curious conversation . years back around the fire ; an aboriginal guy ; '' I dont get that white people philosophy stuff ?'' Me ; '' What stuff ? '' '' All that who am I , why am I here , what is the purpose of life ? I mean ... if you dont lknow any of that how you gonna do anything else ? How can you go through life like that without knowing who you are and why you are here ? You would think people like would make a real mess of things and not have a clue .'' Me ; '' Ummmmm .... well, yeah ! '' '' What do you mean ?'' Me ; < makes a gesture to include everything > '' Ohhhh ... right ! ''
