but and so and but so

Heyo

Recommended Posts

Hello there, I've been looking for a place to learn more about Daoism, and this forum seems like it might help on that front, so here I am. I'm a college student, I was Christian for the entirety of my childhood and a portion of my teenage years, and I am now an agnostic atheist, however Daoism seems interesting, so I've decided to learn more about it. I hope that's all right with you folks.

Hi so,

(I just couldn't find it in my heart to call you but.)  Your youth sounds like mine.  I just got tired of saying "I don't know." and acknowledged that I am an Atheist.  Yes, you will find much help in getting started into Taoism.  I suggest starting with just the philosophy and follow your heart from there.

You are welcome to jump right in ongoing discussions, revive an older thread, start a new thread of your own, or start a discussion in the "Newcomer Corner" sub-forms to expand on your introduction or ask general questions to help you get started.

May you enjoy your time here.

Fine with me. Don't let anyone scare you away. We seem to be an opinionated and very diverse group. Sometimes, we could all be a bit more diplomatic, but I've found really good ideas, in almost everyone's posts, that I've had time, strength and energy to read.
