From 9am until 1pm, Scott Sonnon and Steve Maxwell will share their conditioning and mobility 'secrets'. Joint Mobility, Body Flow, Warrior Wellness, Prasara Yoga, eastern asian conditioning drills from the great wrestling cultures and the Russian health system.
