I thought some of y'all might be interested in my latest article, Combat Sports and the Kitchen Sink, in which I review WEC champion Jamie Varner's charity seminar that I attended in Tempe. I also reviewed Roy Dean's new DVD, Art of the Wristlock, which has a bunch of aikido and Japanese jiu jitsu combined with BJJ. It is pretty cool.
