Thank you,guys.I will make me last post here for a while.I am working at it.gonna be a long post. I will try to make it interesting.I will tell you about all my experience and what I "think" is importent and not.And off course how to do it.Please keep training.And i have no lama or secret guru behind me,but i have trained a lot.
