I'm fortunate to have found teachers in real life who have been practicing for many years. They've been guiding my practice and helping me understand what I'm experiencing. I'm excited to exchange ideas and learn together with everyone here. If any questions come up that I can't answer, I'd be happy to ask my teachers (with their permission, of course) and share what they say. Looking forward to being part of this community!
