Kati Posted Monday at 08:20 PM (edited) Are there any Qigong practices that help with hearing intuition and inner guidance more clearly? Focusing on the heart helps me sometimes, i wonder about more ways Edited Monday at 09:56 PM by Kati
ChiDragon Posted Monday at 09:49 PM I don't know what are you really asking. If you practice Qigong, the chi(氣) goes into your lung, then, the heart pumps the blood into the lung to collect the oxygen. The first organ that uses the oxygen is the lung, then, the heart is the second organ to use it. Both organs uses the oxygen to convert energy for muscle contraction. However, in order to acquire the ultimate goal of Qigong is to sink chi into the lower dantian(LDT), 氣沉丹田. Under this condition, the more oxygen that the lung can give to the heart, the heart will be more healthier. Regardless of what Qigong style that you practice, your body will have the same effect. In your terms, chi will flow all over inside your body. Whatever you would like to define what chi is.

Focusing on the heart helps me sometimes, Consider the densest planes of Existence: physical, emotional, mental, intuition, intent,.... The energy that is called intuition flows strongly through the heart, producing heart-knowing. The more the heart is cleansed and open, the easier it is for transcendent beings to communicate with the human. Mental communication is often established earlier - with words, voices, images perceived through the brain. It is important to have a pure mind that attracts only pure beings. A friend was visiting and instead of standing on the patio, she stepped forward on to the river gravel and half buried her feet. I asked her why she did that, and she said: the voice in my head told me to. The voice was quite right. The energy in the stones was much better for her than the concrete.
