whiskeyy Posted Tuesday at 02:49 PM Hi everyone, I tried to look for similar case I was experiencing on this forum but could not find it. I have been experiencing continuous blockages and discomfort ever since I had this experience of accessing cosnicousness that allowed me to see energetic bodies and channels and sinews. One meditation retreat session while I was attempting to dissolve these blockages I felt, I had this panic or fear overwhelm and I think I messed up some energetic body map or something. Certain body areas are constantly feeling tense or certain parts feel twisted. Especially my neck cervical spine where it joins the shoulders feel like its twisted left to right. Certain parts feel like a dead zone. Just a bit of background I was involved in two motorcycle accident in the past needing surgery. But never was I this impacted by tension before this awakening. Sometimes it causes mood changes or energy level fluctuation It’s got to a point where it bothers me when doing day to day things due to me trying to “relieve” tension by moving a certain way. Attending acupuncture relieves this temporarily but then it comes back two or three days later. My body has become very loose ever since. Some parts like my upper back and legs have become flexible due to stretching I did to relieve these pressures. Where I am in Sydney I dont know any neidan or qigong teacher that knows what I was describing. Neurologist and MRI scans came back all clear. Ive decided to go to Wudangshan hoping to find a good teacher there. Anyone who had a similar experience or can hint me to the right path, I’ll be forever grateful. Save your time and money and head to Beijing instead to learn either Ba Gua Zhang or Xingyi Quan (of both). Location: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Purple_Bamboo_Park Good teachers there but you need to do a lot of hard work to benefit from these incredible energetic arts. You have Liver & Gallbladder blockages. Ba Gua Z. will resolve those due to its twisty, coiling nature based on constant change. It's a never ending moving art that clears EVERYTHING. Nothing is left untouched. Good luck!

Have you tried: Look to the free location of consciousness for the automatic activity of the body, in inhalation and exhalation.
