Lairg Posted January 31 8 hours ago, Cadcam said: I saw an angel and heard "chessed, chessed" then, a terrible grinding sound in my right ear, and incredible pain in my groin and head. I was suddenly in front of a throne and the being on it said "I am the sephiroth I am all that is". Ever since then, 25 years ago, I've been plagued by hallucinations. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chesed_(Kabbalah) For many years I have had voice(s) in my head. The voice(s) have been very useful - suggesting more efficient/effective thoughts/actions. None of those voices has ever produced grinding or pain. It is important to learn how to test entities and statements. For example, go back into the scene with the being on the throne. - Put next to the entity the words: "The Source of All". What happens to the words? - Intend and visualize a stream of light from your heart going to the entity. What happens? - Visualize a plumbline just above the entity's head. What happens to the plumbline?
Cadcam Posted January 31 The pain came when the jewel cracked open. The hallucinations came later.

Cadcam Posted 9 hours ago I've been thinking about all that I've experienced. It isn't like there was a book, or master, to guide me through it. I've been confused about it all for a very long time, and considered everything I've read on qabbalah and magic. The most i can conclude is that the gods acknowledge something of an order of Chaos, which is different than the average, and I somehow initiated myself into it. Its strange because these things just sort of happened without preparation. In the end, did any of it matter? How different am I now, having gone through all of this? I am left with no answers, and suspecting them only cause me trouble. I post hoping someone has experienced similar things, I've given up on books.
Lairg Posted 8 hours ago For me, books provide hypotheses that I then test by repeated experiment, preferably with a competent friend observing in real time. I posted some experiments that might be useful to you. You might like to try them. Generally I am suspicious of the concept of "gods". Such a concept promotes the ideas of worship and workshop - thereby avoiding/denying the spiritual authority anchored in the standard human format. Who/what would benefit from such avoidance/denial?
