I have been dabbling with a few different qigong styles over the last few months, mostly between Robert Peng's Master Key & Yi Jin Jing, and a little bit of Spring Forest. I have definitely started to notice some benefits, and now looking to start Flying Phoenix and stick with one system for a while. I am currently waiting on my Flying Phoenix DVDs to be delivered and am excited to start. Also, I am looking to be granted access to the flying phoenix thread if possible. Thanks! Am hoping to become a more committed practitioner going forward.
