de_paradise Posted February 16, 2008 Hi All, Â I've been lurking around this forum and found it crucial for links and to fill in bits of info I cant find anywhere else. Â At the moment my body is going through a cleansing process (storm in a bottle), and I am in self-imposed more-or-less isolation in order to meditate without distraction. Â I do yoga, once upon a time studied Baguazhang in Taiwan, have only this year realized just how real this internal alchemy stuff is-- Due to meditation and a kind of luck to stumble upon the right articles and books.
