Another flying phoenix practitioner, practicing for a about 3-4 years and also following the blog here on the dao bums for the last couple of years (and somewhat frustrated by the hoops needed to jump through to continue following). But I appreciate this resource and decided to go ahead and get a formal membership. I've also practiced Yang tai chi short form for many years.

Hi Dan.  Welcome.

 

When I have the energy and inspiration I practice two-sword tai chi.  That's about as yang as one can get.

 

I'm sure you will enjoy having full access here as a member.

I think you should practice two-sword tai chi before getting energy.
