My name is Ian and I am studying Internal and external Martial Arts. I love the Martial Arts and the more I study them the more I find out how few I know. I am happy that this forum seems to be filled with very respectful and sincere people who are willing to share their experiences. I love the idea of helping and inspirering each other.
