soaring crane Posted July 8, 2014 (edited) Well, my understanding: Â General Discussion is unfocussed, but remains within the structure of the scope of the website which is "spirituality", in a nutshell. Â Off-topic is much broader, a place to shoot the breeze and talk about anything under the sun, so long as it isn't heavily controversial (that's what the Pit is for). Â But I see that this forum has been reverted back to General Discussion, so probably a moot point on my part anyway.
