If you've watched it - Are these legit Yogis or the "sadhus" that put on a show while pretending to be the real thing?

They look pretty legit to me. For the 30 minutes I watched they weren't after press or adulation. They were on a very hard path and filled with holy craziness.

at the end they are walking over the snow in the Himalayas and say how they are freezing.

 

The younger sadhu goes into full lotus....

 

oh wait that's at 40 minutes... the vid cuts off....

 

"Gu" means darkness and "Ru" means light.

 

So guru means to bring from dark into light....
