From experience working with cancer patients I think that it is best to do both things. You have to do the energetic exercises and meditations to start healing process and eliminate the main source of cancer (which is individual for every person) and plus you have to have fun, spend time with family etc. Becoming enlightened is not easy thing and it takes years, it is much better to focus on self healing and developing emotional stability.

I dont know, intuition, makes me feel funny/bad..

 

im talking about being normal/balanced, id like to say im becoming more balanced now, but maybe everyone has to go through an extreme phase and figure things out themselves

 

Also I question deep down if something I say is coming from anger/fear/irrational beliefs/shame, sometimes I dont really know for sure.
