Hello hello everyone,

 

I live in Edinburgh although I'm from Spain, so if I have a funny English sometimes you know why !

 

I'm a big fan of Daniel Ingram and vipassana meditation, and I have also read a little bit about taoist practices and done some martial arts. I will soon post a few very basic questions in the forum
