Southern Mantis Posted August 15, 2009 Hello Everyone, Â My name is Steve and I'm from Philadelphia, PA. I'm a Southern Mantis practitioner and a newbie in internal alchemy. Thank you admin's for providing such a great site. It's very insightful and classy. I'm looking for some guidance in my practice and hoping to contribute as well. I'm kinda lost at this point in my self-cultivation path. Too many paths and too little guidance. Any help would be much appreciated.
