Yeah it is what Micheal Winn teaches but I'm going for the DVD with Cheng Bingsong as I read somewhere that Winn made an alteration to the form and I like to have things as close to the original as possible with this stuff. Might also get that DVD on that same qigong by Master Tseng at www.wudangtao.com so that I have another reference on the form. - Shen
