Not even for free I'd want that.
My advice once and for all:
1. Stay away from anything that is set up according to levels. It's pretty much like a pyramid scheme. The Mo-Pai cult is also structured that way.
2. Stick to traditional methods of training.
Examples:
1. Neijia/Internal Martial Arts. Baguaquan, Taijiquan & Xingyiquan ate the major methods.
2. Buddhist Vipassana if you prefer a less dynamic method and structured around a meditation retreat setting.
3. Find a teacher that is focused on teaching a deep method and who has attained a high level of development and his healthy and vibrant. Beware of charlatans and people who are more interested in making money rather than passing on a genuine method.
4. Foundation work must be also implemented to support your main practice.

Here's a great way to dip in your feet in proper internal cultivation.
Tai Chi Chuan/Taijiquan Yang style 10 Form.
The whole form is split into several videos.I just liked the demo.
Rest are available here:
https://m.youtube.com/@AndrewPlitt/videos
FREE OF CHARGE.
ALWAYS couple your internal moving method with *FOUNDATION work which is basically doing primarily static postures involving the kua/the core which is the entire waist area as it serves as a connection between your upper and the lower body.
*Asian squat should be practiced on a daily basis throughout the day.
Good luck!

Yes it is demanding for sure. I wish I had a cook doing the job for me. Alternatively living in a country with a strong food culture but right now it isn't an option.
This current lunar year is asking me to eat more of the following, which I'm really enjoying.

When winter arrives back to traditional European stews & soups.

From an energetic perspective it makes sense:
Shen level. Love-Compassion (Heart, the opening organ network to the Spirit)
Qi level (life force & yin & yang dynamics)
Jing level (raw substrate, generation & regeneration, brings life).
Three Treasures.
About witted material, sorry don't know so can't really help here.

Several red flags here:
1. John Chang and his cult
2. Spirit world
3. Astral projection

The map is frozen.

Could the person who owns that map upload if here at the DBF?
EDIT: Zeemps is not free after 100 views. They paywall access with a paid plan.

Let's hope your friend can learn something out of this practical reading:
https://www.mediafire.com/file/g5phfbrb8jz8979/Bagua%2C_life_and_the_mind.pdf/file
I have posted this in the past several times and I think it has helped some people realise the complexity and depth involved in the real internal development of the human.
The park stuff should never leave anyone's practice EVER; it's the EARTH FORCE, the balancing/grounding root of CONSCIOUSNESS.
The path of the EGO she is currently following has plagued internal development since the dawn of time and it's a tough one to overcome. Trial and error and self-realisation will eventually work things out.
Good luck!

Apologies.
Why? No need. It's good stuff exposing the truth.
You don't get rich writing science fiction. If you want to get rich, you start a religion. (L. Ron Hubbard)
Mother Theresa's religion.
Another wolf in sheep's clothing.
Religion is literally littered with wolves at all levels.

There should be a direct link to the following page on the Dao Bums Forum to help those in need:

Your friend needs:
-LOTS OF GROUNDING WORK
-NO READING OR WHATSOEVER

My experience:
1. Chop wood, carry water. YMMV
E/realisation/awareness and understanding of the big picture/end of journeying under a physical form.
2. Chop wood, carry water. YMMV
1&2 = live life and YMMV.

Strikingly sweet this year (water tiger has helped that). I have been eating them daily for the past month and a half but they are short-lived as won't last long at the fruit shop. They probably don't grow as much as apples or oranges.
Australia. No idea about other countries.
I'm talking about the white flesh variety. There are other two: red and yellow flesh. More expensive and a slightly different taste and also better.
Grapes aren't warming fruits. They are neutral. I enjoy the black muscat variety. Very sweet and with seeds. I don't eat genetically modified fruit; eg. seedless grapes.

Damp Heat was my main condition I had to deal with throughout my practice. Lots of practice, a huge lifestyle change, a great weight loss, and several other changes including diet and sexual behaviour (celibacy).
Yes I was aware of the other fruits you mentioned. I do not eat any of them in the warmer months. No fruit in winter, zero.
Edit: it's crucial to take into account your animal sign and your TCM constitution before eating any foods to avoid upsetting your internal energetics. This goes for all FOODS.

Realisation is not the big deal; it's the fact of all the work (lifetimes you'll have to go through) you got to do to realise what we really all are.
Those who cling to the realisation and make a great deal out of it is definitively a product of the ego and one should take their accomplishments with a grain of salt.
It's too easy to talk and make claims. But what exactly did you do and how many lifetimes are you aware of to get to the point of validating that claim.

9 hours ago, Kojiro said:I see people like mangoes, indeed a delicious fruit!
Not recommended fruit for certain animals notably Horse people as they are very warming. It's a summer fruit in Australia I don't dare to touch.

18 hours ago, Kojiro said:Many authors on this topic consider that fruit is the most natural, most healthy and best food for human beings. I am not sure if they are right or not,
They are wrong. Try this experiment:
1. Cold winter in northern Scotland. They offer you two meals to eat:
A. Fruit salad
B. Warm stew made of chunks of beef with onions, carrots and turnips in a rich beef gravy.
2. Hot summer in Thailand. Two options:
A. Dragon fruit
B. The stew mentioned above.
It's all about Yin & Yang and the four seasons. You eat according to them.
I don't have one particular preference as I like several ones, including the one mentioned above.

On 23/7/2016 at 6:29 AM, dwai said:Taomeow's post is correct whereas yours and this is the problem that plagues the Indo-European systems which is the sense of guilt and sin for living a physical life.
Living is a condition of existence.
Pain and pleasure are consequences of living and there is nothing wrong with that.
There is no sin.
There is no karma either.
There is no samsara and there is no nirvana.
There is evolution of existence. You'll live many lives until you complete the whole cycle.
Once you realise what you really are pain and pleasure are still there but you don't get carried away by them which is a big difference. Certainly the Buddha enjoyed his mushroom meal (last one according to literature) or he wouldn't have eaten anything claiming to be too pleasurable.

*If monks can't what are is the rate of success for people living in society especially those who are obsessed about enlightenment? A: close to nil. It's like chasing a dragon; the more you try the further it goes away.
So what a monk has to say:
'Keep brushing your teeth' as you do every day. This is my advice.

Once finished that course you could move onto the next form which is more dynamic as it moves around the TJQ axis entirely.

Rest of the entire form are available on the author's YT channel:

Yang TJQ 24 or Beijing Form
Ian has split the entire form in several videos. Very well detailed, easy to follow and each movement, eg. Repulse the Monkey, shown from various angles.
FREE OF CHARGE as well.
