Some of those raw puerh teas coming from China are just pure magic.
Drinking puerh is basically absorbing the energy of the planet and those amazing trees growing in the Yunnan region of China.

I drink this tea every day; it never ceases to deliver pure goodness in a small cup. Then straight to seated meditation practice.

If you like I can post the 3-week entire Vipassana retreat according to the northern Thai Tradition (Theravada Buddhism). It's split into two main routines practiced equally: walking and seated meditation.
It's not Taoist obviously but in any case extremely helpful since it will teach you how to meditate properly. The only problem is that having a supervising teacher is very important as they'll help you to get through the various stages of until the level of stream-entry is attained which is the main goal of a 3-week retreat.

WHY ARE ALL RELIGIONS SO STRANGE?Who needs them anyway.
Edit: About Christianity and the ultimate God which seems is like some sort of "dude" sitting somewhere on top of us watching everything. This creates a lot of fear.
A person who doesn't believe in Christ will go to Hell. Yes indeed!
A very flawed belief system, for sure.

Hi Maddie,
Knowing the past history of this forum being populated by really deluded individuals borderline pathological, I thought you were one of them too by posting photos of a friend, girlfriend or relative.
Please take no offence, I had no idea you were a transgender.
All the best,
Gerard

Irrelevant.
Finish all your created at once lifetimes and GAME OVER. How many? As many as you did with the initial *Big Bang (all souls/minds' efforts to create reality). It coukd be 201, 250, 310, who knows.
"The Big Bang was the moment 13.8 billion years ago when the universe began as a tiny, dense, fireball that exploded. Most astronomers use the Big Bang theory to explain how the universe began. But *what caused this explosion in the first place is still a mystery."
*Refer to the first paragraph.
Time is still irrelevant as it's a mind construction to asign a date to an specific event from the space-time continuum. Outside that, it no longer exists.

Goodbye Water Rabbit. You were such a drag. Glad you are gone now and I was offending the Grand Duke Jupiter (Tai Sui) as a Horse:
Few will dare challenge the authority of the Grand Duke, in fear of adversity.
I survived for sure.

Welcome Wood Dragon. You are in full charge now. What a dynamic change here in Australia. I was moving fast this morning didn't want to stop!
Love this new animal/energy.

Glad to read I was helpful.

The real question is not enlightenment but the ULTIMATE STATE you are in besides this physical experience of you here and now for the time being.
Little good reading.

Hello,
This looks legit:
http://sacramentochi.com/testimonials/
But you need to get a real life feeling if you'll be able to connect with the system so it's best to attend a free lesson first and see how it goes from there.
Gpod luck!

There you go:Taiwan's strongest earthquake in 25 years kills nine, tsunami warnings lifted
Japan lifted the tsunami alert following the quake:https://www.japantimes.co.jp/news/2024/04/03/japan/okinawa-tsunami-warning/
Yet more to come. This is only the beginning of a string of similar events.

I'm a euro too and it would be totally foreign to me hadn't I moved to Australia, where the movement of Wood and Fire are the dominant forces here (South and East).I started Ba Gua Quan/Zhang in 2008 combined with a bit of seated and more moving meditation Vipassana based.
The sky is the limit let me tell you that.

Hard yakka is Australian slang, it means hard work; in this case a lot of daily practice over many years following a strong method not some random Qigong.

The question is TO FIND OUT HOW (the hard yakka).

I forgot to add the following:
1. Nourish the mother of Wood, which is Water. Peak hours are 3pm to 8pm.
2. Nourish the Wood itself. Peak hours midnight to sunrise.
So to benefit from that practice during those hours.Wood is intensified during spring season and full moon period.

Five years ago I was told by optometrist my eyes were starting to get into the condition of ocular hypertension which in the old age could turn into a glaucoma. Mind you back then I wasn't even doing a 1/4 of the grounding I did today. I understood why He Jinghan is a grounding specialist. Today I I 100% backup his entire YT channel.
We have become excessively visual and tech obsessed which is all a manifestation of excessive Wood movement.
I was born like that, like most of the Western world: study, watch, TV, computers, smartphones, excessive thinking.
How to fix it with exercise is my only recommendation tbh:
1. Long walks in nature, the longer the better.
2. Asian squat as often as you like on a daily basis. Do it straight after any computer, smartphone, TV and mental activity like study or academic work, research and the like. Stay low relaxed and breathing moving the Qi down to your feet and deep into the earth starting from the top of the head. Mind leads the Qi. It works wonders.
Other than that Ba Gua Zhang.
Why? Because it's a very Wood type of internal art. You'll be constantly moving which in turn stimulates the movement of Qi and blood. It will nourish and open your eyes.
Also walking meditation many hours a day (Vipassana), but it is tedious and boring unless you practice in the natural environment.

Water Rabbit is very active as the Qi is departing the forces involved (Yon Wood force down and Water force is in gathering mode, reservoir, lake, etc.) and maybe conflicting with the waiting to be fully activated Wood Dragon (Earth & Yang Wood).
Ship hits bridge (Wood Dragon rising force) and collapses (pulling down force of Water Rabbit).
Also take into account direction of ship travel and location of the bridge which are a result of imbalance in the 5 Elements/Forces in that particular location. Anyone familiar with that location?

A very helpful analysis of 2024:
The three major Feng Shui afflictions:
Tai Sui (The Grand Duke of Jupiter)
Sui Po (The Year Breaker)
San Sha (The Three Killings)
To minimise bad luck for those offending animals in 2024, Dragon and Dog:
Hope this helps.

What is causing the problem in the first place?
Excessive computer/smartphone use?Lack of daily grounding?
Remember: the Liver opens in the eyes. Any Liver issues will reflect in eye problems (amongst a myriad of other conditions),

Have you tried it for at least a full year of constant practice? If it works keep doing it; otherwise find another method.

You have to keep breaking your Heart until it opens.
Your Heart is the size on an ocean, go find yourself within its hidden depths.
Beyond all ideas of right and wrong there is a field, I will be meeting you there.

Everything is a mirror of your OWN MIND. (Universal truth)...whether it is seen or unseen.

2024 - Year of the Green Dragon

The sky this morning nearing the new Moon.
Celestial Dragon!'
I'm about to brew some Yi Wu Mountain Raw Puerh to celebrate the view of the Dragon in the sky. Yin & Yang are in balance. Enjoying the movement of Qi this year. Very energising
