  1. I think if recollections of orgasm do not work for you, "meditative bliss" is better. The idea is expansive, ecstatic feelings, not so much lust etc. - could be a meditative experience, jumping out of a plane, a drug experience, whatever takes you there, makes you tingle, gets the juice flowing. 2. Long Distance KUNDALINI KAP Training through Skype

You can go straight on from level one to level two, but I would say that it would help if you have pretty much digested level one and have a good foundation of practice. There is a lot in level two and speaking for myself, I'm glad to have a break before the next level. It all falls into place though - integration is the key, but it can take a little while to integrate. way
  3. Long Distance KUNDALINI KAP Training through Skype

Cool. What about getting banned in china then? It's probably because the word "Tibetan" is mentioned somewhere on the sites.
  4. Long Distance KUNDALINI KAP Training through Skype

Hey Santi - I know there will be KAP3 later in ther year - do you have a list of topics covered in KAP3? Way
  5. I have been trying to think of a way to tell you how to "tune in", and I have found it a bit difficult. But as no one else has answered, I'll have a go. I suppose it depends on what your normal practice is, but basically I would suggest that at the end of what ever practice you do to get your own energy open and flowing, still your mind and just "tune in". For example, you could visualize Doc Morris in your presence, hear his voice, feel his energy - speak to him. - Same with Santi. I hope this is some little help. Way When I see him in my meditations, he usually does something outrageous to make me laugh. I don't know if it is always really him or my imagination - but it works for me. Way
  6. Wow - quite a blast this morning! I will definitely tune in again later.
  7. ramtha any opinions?

The only time that I have come across her / him was in "What the Bleep". She / He just made me cringe. And if you have seen "What the bleep", you will know that Ramtha smokes a pipe - not sure if he smokes lemurian tobacco though!
  8. .

Thank you for sharing that. Way
  9. HAPPY EQUINOX !

Ahhh......Spring at last.....ummmm, just love it! Actually, I was wondering, and maybe Mal can answer this if he reads it, but when it's the Spring Equinox in the northen hemishpere, is it the Autum Equinox in the southern hemishpere?
  10. Green and Blacks rule!!! I already have a secret club - but I can't tell you about it - well if I did, I'd have to charge you........Oh, that would be bad. OK, I'll give you a hint. It involves sock puppets.................
  11. I used to love Lambchop when I was a kid. Mind you it was all black and white then!
  12. Anyone here old enough to remember "Lambchop"?
  13. Anyone know what a sock puppet is?
  14. That sounds like an excellent idea.
  15. Santi - why bother feeding a hungry ghost? Anyone can see GIH is hungry - " yap, yap, yap, feed me, feed me, I need attention, i need to feel important"

I joined KAP1 out of desperation, having bad Kundalini syndrome. I would say that KAP gave me an understanding of what was happening to me, and a structure that made everything a lot more fun. I would say that there is enough in KAP1 to keep you busy for at least 6 months to a year. Level 1 is like learning to drive and getting to know all the bits of your car, KAP2 is like the turbo sports upgrade pack. There is a lot in level 2, enough to keep you busy for at least another year. I found that learning a new practice every week can feel a bit intense at times. Maybe I'm a slow learner. It takes me at least a week to find how the practice works best for me. Regards Kundalini, I can only say about the level1 group that I was in. By then end, everyone could feel, and had kundalini moving in them to a greater or lesser degree. However, that's not to say that everyone had kundalini moving constantly, unrestricted through them on all levels.
  17. Struggling over vasectomy... need advice.

If it's good enough for the Doc - it's good enough for me!
  18. Struggling over vasectomy... need advice.

^^ What he said. Also, just as a note, I think birth control should not be confused with semen retention.
  19. Struggling over vasectomy... need advice.

28 is a bit on the young side to have it done - IMO, but then I wish that I'd had it done when I was 28! Mind you they have better technique than they had back then - now just one tiny little cut. In fact I couldn't even tell where it was afterwards. The worst bit is the injection at the start and hair growing back after!
  20. Struggling over vasectomy... need advice.

I had mine about a year ago. I wish that I'd had it done much sooner. As far as I can tell, it has had no negatives as far practice goes. In fact I seem to have jing coming out of my ears - metaphorically speaking of course. It is a minor procedure, about 15 mins., far less of an issue than it is with the equivalent for women. The only thing is that you mentioned that your marriage is not the most stable. So, depending on your age, you may want to have kids with someone else. Way
  21. The Gabriel Method

    Wow! If I lost 350lb, I'd be nearly -190lb!
  22. Are KAP and AYP compatible practices?

Hi Mal, That's a very good and interesting question. Actually, I suppose it depends on what you recognize as success. There is no doubt that the exercises in AYP are effective, and I would not say that I failed as such. I would think that the majority of long time practitioners actually discover that "the guru is in you" and come to a point that they follow what that guru tells them, and alter their practice rather than trying to stick with straight AYP. I do not regret the time that I put in with AYP. I am very glad that I discovered KAP though, as I got to the point that I couldn't really practice anything at all! BTW - I agree with Growant that the effects of practice can feel soooo good. That's probably why it took me a while before I could admit to myself that it was actually f**king me up, not matter how much I cut back.
  23. Are KAP and AYP compatible practices?

Actually, I think you will find that the two bandas, mula and uddiyana, used in spinal breathing have the effect of directing energy up from the base into the head. I think one of the major drawbacks of AYP is a lack of proper help when things go wrong. It is great that all the lessons are free etc., but there is nothing like advice from someone that knows you and knows what they are talking about, that can diagnose your problem and give you pointers of how to alter your practice. The AYP forum is quite active, but most of the advice given to people is pretty much a repetition of the standard replies along "the party line", which are "Self pace", "pay little or no attention to Scenery", and "we here at AYP, do not worry ourselves with "things under the hood"". I think Scotty had a good point about lack of help in a previous post. Yogani does not seem to like to be emailed directly, preferring people to post any problems in the forum. That's understandable - he must get a lot. But the help in the forum, though well intentioned, is often not much help when things get bad.
