Its easier to  fool a herd of sheep than a herd of goats .

      Hide contents

I learnt that on friend's farm , his father showed me , put in a few goats in each herd of sheep, when you want them to do good things for themselves   ( like move to new pasture , get out of bad weather , etc  they will follow the goats lead . )   But when you want to do 'nasty stuff' to them  - things that the goats themselves would not like  - you remove the goats, then the sheep happily trot along to their slaughter  ..... once you get them all moving together in that direction .

Thats why Christians made the devil a goatman       ;)

HEEEEELP !   Something is chasing us !

Yep, and why Jesus is the shepherd for his flock of obedient sheeple...and was also a sacrificial lamb, himself...bahhhh!!!

What’s wrong with choosing Siddhis over materialism including sex?

Given a choice between being a Siddha like Osho or being a tall hunky TOP 100 actor like Liam Neeson, wouldn’t you choose being a Siddha anytime?

Why would anyone want to have sexual relationships with unevolved beings anyway no matter how beautiful their made up faces are?

What's wrong is that you are lying to yourself.

You are not actually choosing...but the involuntary choice has already been made for you by "unevolved beings" who don't want to have sex with you.

But this truth pill is too tough to swallow for your ego...so instead you pretend to take the moral high ground with spiritual bypassing sour grapes...rather than feel the full feeling of inadequate inferiority yourSELF.

But, authentic spirituality comes from being 1000% AUTHENTIC WITH YOURSELF.  That's always the right-hand path...and anything less is a detour!

So, don't deny that feeling.  Fully savor and feel the full brunt of it out...until eventually there's nothing left.  Let it burn, baby burrrnnn!  Do some deep breathing, spontaneous qigong, moving meditation, intense bodywork, etc during this process if it helps.  Genuinely listen and hear its voice...until it has flamed out of your system FIRST.

    And THEN move on!

The 1984 Rajneeshee bioterror attack was the food poisoning of 751 individuals in The Dalles, Oregon, through the deliberate contamination of salad bars at ten local restaurants with Salmonella. A group of prominent followers of Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh (later known as Osho) led by Ma Anand Sheela had hoped to incapacitate the voting population of the city so that their own candidates would win the 1984 Wasco County elections. The incident was the single largest bioterrorist attack in United States history.

I have been hearing off and on about the great Osho, etc. So,--- He was a truly evil SOB That was so good at mind control that he could get many people ( such as Ma Anand to fall on their swords for him), because of that the Feds here, could not put him in a dark hole, forever like he deserved. Instead, my government deported him and banned his return for life. He is a perfect example of being turned by the forces that he tried to control.  Truly a lesson here about the irresponsible use of powers..

Uh, Osho was the one who first alerted authorities that this mutinous, rogue "gang of fascists" may have carried out that food poisoning attack.  So not only was none of this under his direction - it was done independently of him, he was appalled by it, and he proactively acted to bring them to justice.  He wasn't deported for that.

The US Feds just wanted a highly-influential, non-Christian guru out of their control...OUT...so trumped up bogus charges to kick him to the curb (for arranging "greencard marriages," FFS!).

    Quote

Osho was pressured to plead guilty to false charges of lying about his reasons for entering in the U.S. and arranging sham marriages. His lawyers told him that unless he pled guilty to these charges, the Government would keep him in jail indefinitely. Fearing for his health and life if kept in jail, Osho offered an “Alford” plea of guilty. An Alford plea in a US court is when someone offers as his plea: “I am innocent but I want to plead guilty to end the case.” This would be taken as a plea of innocence in an English court, but is taken as a guilty plea in an American court.

It is highly unlikely he arranged sham marriages. Dishonest sannyasins were perfectly capable of doing that without his help.

Basically, like the flimsy "nonconsensual" sex charges used to keep Julian Assange SILENCED and a global fugitive...

It was suicide, or apparent suicide. He simply left a note on the bed, which said he wanted to see what it was like on the other side.

One thing I would like us to consider is how to deal with unhealthy conflict here when some bums need to address it, such as with the personal threats that have gone on here and the stalking.

    PSYCHONEIGONG Lesson 1:

One technique I just came up with yesterday...was in response to a "curt" text.  Instead of just formulating a reactive reply to quickly negate that feeling within myself...I instead chose to really sit in, accept, and feel that feeling it had "generated" in me...before replying.  IOW, really FEEL THE BURN...  Because otherwise, I would be missing this spontaneous micro-opportunity to feel my sh*t and release a little more of my own baggage in the real-time, organic moment!

Funny thing was, right after I was done processing that emotion, I received a subsequent text apologetically clarifying the previous one.  So, conflict resolved entirely internally!

I mean, I'm still all for speaking your peace regardless, but I'll at least be giving myself a little self-therapy if I acknowledge my feeling first...

And then I got triggered even wayyyy more strongly today from a separate incident...and practiced the very same technique with some deep breathing.  Whew...felt that one from my gut.  Resolution is still TBD, but the other party has at least been very conciliatory.  I'll probably sit with it some more, first...

I think this method can also not only be used when triggered, but also just when dealing with any other chronic dysfunction in our lives that has simply become our new norm.  Granted, those issues will probably take a lot longer practice to unwind, of course...

May the truth be with you all! B)

Well, if psychic skills are one suggestion, @gendao, list down some questions and a couple volunteers ask on behalf of us all.

I will volunteer my Akashic skills and someone can volunteer tarot or i-ching, and someone else can just sit and meditate.

Lets us put forth some questions here and the volunteers can bring what their sources said in response to our scrying.

@Nungali can also use the New Age Bullshit Generator if he wants because we know he’d love that.

Well, I've known 2 truly-gifted psychics before - both women.  They just had it on tap, and I could tell stories about all the relevant stuff they could just spontaneously pick up around them in real time.  Interestingly, one was blind and the other came from a curandera lineage.

That said, I'm not sure how accurate they could be if you asked them a specific question.  I never did.  I think they were most accurate as receivers who received whatever messages they were meant to get at the time?

So, with that in mind, I don't think asking a question about guessing a number or something might be the best test...  Since that has no real relevance (not that some psychics couldn't do that, either).

A better question might be to be able to scan chakras or the subtle body for various issues?  Problem with the former is that it would be hard to verify.  The latter might be a better question, but is rather open-ended.

Maybe some people with pets could ask the candidates to describe their pet...and then post their picture later for comparison?

I think good questions would not demand too much specificity, but not be too general either, and must be verifiable.

I dunno, any better ideas for a good vetting process to verify someone like this?  Any conflict is always just 1 sided of a coin...cathartic healing is the other.  But only deeper, authentic insight (TRUTH) can flip the coin from one side to the other...

Judaism (and Christianity and Islam for that matter - the apple doesn't fall far from the tree) seems to really have a robust time slinging the judgment "idolatry!" at anything not found or practiced in it's own tradition.

No, it doesn't.  Pretty much everything coming out of early Mesopotamia were Anunnaki cargo cults brainwashing their followers to worship their oppressors...who were literally gold-digging space invaders.

Christianity, in particular, is their most viral, black magic, blood sacrifice, cannibalistic, Orwellian, obedience-training cult that controls primarily with lies, guilt, shame, and fear. Thus, it has killed probably nearly 100 million aboriginal heathens, Pagans, witches, and homosexual men over several centuries of the Spanish Inquisition, Crusades, and global colonialism. Not to mention plunged our planet into its 6th mass extinction after immediately deforesting every land upon arrival and gang-raping Mother Nature into a f'n coma.

    Spoiler

This is after aboriginal heathens had stewarded their lands sustainably and carefully left them in pristine condition for at least 14,000 years before they were "saved" by Manifest Destiny and the Doctrine of Discovery...

    FlvS7Vd.jpg

Thing is, why did they care what other cults were doing if it didn't affect them?  So what if some other people wanted to "worship" effigies or idols?  Granted, it's pointless...but what business is it of theirs?

What you find is that while many other spiritual paths are have been very tolerant with them and others...Christians have never returned the favor and always launched a strong, ignorant offensive in return.  This is like a diverse group of kids playing nicely in the sandbox together...while the Christian gang rolls in with rusty shanks.  Even today, they are a totally insular echo chamber that aggressively cancels any outsider input.

    Quote

I actually tried searching for a few Christian forums to spread the gospell...

It was an exercise in futility.  The top ones are all the definitions of cults - extremely insular, restrictive, intolerant, heavily modded with thought police, and closed to outsider input.

    Quote

In Worthy Christian Forums, you basically get blocked from posting once you get labeled a nonbeliever.

This is in stark contrast to non-Christian forums like this one, or Buddhist forums, which generally have generic TOS and welcome all traditions, if anything...

This is not cool.  While many spiritualities are playing nice and exercising tolerance, Christianity is nonreciprocally treating all others like the Plague.  It's like everyone else is playing by the rules..while Christians are flagrantly suckerpunching with low blows.

    Spoiler

This is why I believe it is HIGH TIME to take off the gloves and stop idly watching them steamroll the planet into a red carpet for their Anunnaki overlords...

Right, but maybe "moderators" aren't what we actually even need...if we had authentic psychic facilitators that could provide genuinely deeper insight to help conflict resolution.  That's a big if though...as I don't think we even have anyone here like that, lol...

IMO, degrees of freedom start at 100% for thought, and decline slightly with speech, and then more with action.

Given that this board exists only in the mental realm of thought and speech, it should thus allow close to 100% freedom.

Real life is a different story because people can obviously take many actions too...and thus requires more regulation.

That said, with the wei wu wei here...some people took their own vacays that proved therapeutic in many ways, and I also stumbled upon a creative solution for my own posts that some had complained about.  The problem with forceful modding is that it would have short-circuited these individual solutions that eventually evolved organically on their own...and left a lot suppressed with no closure.

Former US drone operator recalls dropping a missile on Afghanistan children and says military is ‘worse than the Nazis’
Mr Bryant says he reached his breaking point with the US military after killing a child in Afghanistan that his superiors told him was “a dog.” Mr Bryant recalls the moment: After firing a Hellfire missile at a building containing his target, he saw a child exit the building just as the missile struck. When he alerted his superiors about the situation after reviewing the tape, he was told “it was a f***ing dog, drop it.”
During his time in the Air Force, Mr Bryant estimates he contributed directly to killing 13 people himself and says his squadron fired on 1,626 targets including women and children.
“The smoke clears, and there’s pieces of the two guys around the crater. And there’s this guy over here, and he’s missing his right leg above his knee. He’s holding it, and he’s rolling around, and the blood is squirting out of his leg … It took him a long time to die. I just watched him,” Mr Bryant said in an interview with GQ.
“That image on the screen is still in my head. Whenever I think about it, it still hurts me,” Mr Bryant said. “When I pulled the trigger, I knew that it was wrong. When the middle struck I knew in my soul I had become a murderer.”
Other airmen in Mr Bryant’s squadron celebrated his first kill, saying “Brant’s popped his cherry.”
they were told their jobs were to “kill people and break things.”

He has said the US military is “worse than the Nazis” because “we should know better.”

Any moderators all have their own biases.

Any curation will also have its own biases.

Total anarchy could allow any really bad actors to truly transgress (like posting links to viruses or complete bot spamming) unstopped.

But given that there is ultimately no one-size-fits-all solution, what I would recommend is maybe changing the post-rating system to the industry-standard (Amazon, Yelp, etc), 5-star user feedback scale.  A subjective, majority opinion is just that...but may still be useful when taken just for what it is.

And also promote a lot more "shadow"/TRUTH WORK for both sides...rather than just targeting the triggers only.  If you are feeling triggered by a post/topic, or triggered and want to post (very guilty of myself, BTW, lol)...also take that as a ripe moment to practice whatever method you use for self-inquiry.  Go ahead and still post your heart out...but don't miss the opportunity to at least check your own reflection and do a little NEIGONG at the same time!  I'm triggered...so where is this really coming from (within me)?  That's always the million dollar question, right?

Well, anthropomorphic gender may be a physical expression of these primal archetypal forces, not vice-versa.

I've personally had an encounter with the Sacred Feminine already...and it indeed had no discernible "feminine" or "gendered" aspects to it whatsoever.  It did in fact seem totally androgynous, more like just a pure presence/force of Nature.  However, "Sacred Feminine" are exactly the words that popped into my mind when I experienced it, for whatever reason.  And yes, it was the living, energetic substrate underneath all life on this planet...Gaia, so to speak.  So, that seemed to confirm one half of the ancient construct.

But I'm still not sure about the other half, though...?

You might actually be right.  NY lecturer Dennis Ryan supports the theory that modern Chinese dragons originated from Hongshan boars...which were the first livestock domesticated in China...and thus probably gained significant cultural importance.

    Quote

The image of the dragon as an ideological phenomenon emerged during the first phase of the Jade Age around 3500-2300 BC in the Hongshan cultural period.

    jade-coiled-dragon-hongshan-037_010.jpg
the so-called “pig-dragon” (Figure A), as archaeologists have labeled it. The name derives from the features of its face, which is similar to a pig or a boar, and its curling body that reminds us of a snakelike dragon. This pig-dragon has a pair of earflaps on its head, circular eye sockets above tear-shaped nostrils and jaws with opposing upward and downward pointing tusks; it has a hole in the middle so that it can be suspended from the neck, its tail and head remain connected by a narrow slice of jade, and it seems to be coiled in fetal form.

The basic traits of this dragon reappear in the C-shaped jades of the Lower Xiajiadian culture (2600-1600 BC), as exemplified by the Sanxingtala dragon jade (Figure B).
    first-dragon-of-china.jpg
    qiu-dragon-logograph.jpg?w=134&zoom=2
It is interesting to note that, despite its unique traits, this dragon-pig also shared certain similarities with its early Mesopotamian counterparts: both were associated with water, fertility and power, both embody part of the mythical symbolism of the snake, and both were first represented in art in almost the same time frame (3500-2000 BC). However, we cannot yet determine whether this was just a fascinating happenstance or a possible byproduct of cross-cultural exchange between merchants or travelers who might have reached distant trade routes.

    Quote

A pig dragon or zhūlóng (simplified Chinese: 玉猪龙; traditional Chinese: 玉豬龍) is a type of jade artifact from the Hongshan culture of neolithic China. Pig dragons are zoomorphic forms with a pig-like head and elongated limbless body coiled around to the head and described as "suggestively fetal".  Early pig dragons are thick and stubby, and later examples have more graceful, snakelike bodies.

Pig dragons were produced by the Hongshan culture. Along with the same culture's jade eagles (玉鷹), they often featured as grave goods.  Pig bones have been found interred alongside humans at Hongshan burial sites, suggesting that the animal had some ritual significance.

There is some speculation that the pig dragon is the first representation of the Chinese dragon. The character for "dragon" in the earliest Chinese writing has a similar coiled form, as do later jade dragon amulets from the Shang period.
