I thought this thread was about goats. Has anyone here accomplished this feat? ralis

I talked with Guy Savelli today and purchased some of his DVD's. I will give an update in the future as to what my progress is. ralis

I just ran across this guy on Facebook. Is he for real? ralis

I saw that and I want the drive through 30 min. special. He did say on the site that he teaches free of charge. Where did he get that hairdo? ralis

You have confirmed what I have felt for years. I think I will start the Bardon IIH today and use it as a manual. Also, I have investigated Michael Bertiaux's system and he works only with the Voudon spirits. I have heard a lot of negative's about his work. Thanks ralis

That is fine and provides a basic foundation. However, there is more to life than just exercising a passive awareness of reality. I practiced Vipassana for years. ralis

I have been through all the Tibetan practices i.e, preliminaries and still have problems with some of the teachings. They are probably great for the monks. ralis
-
Do you feel that applies to Tibetan and Hindu deities? Supposedly the Tibetan deities are enlightened and are beneficial. At least that is what they say. ralis

In your opinion, is it better to work directly with the elements as opposed to working with the spirits and deities as intermediaries? Thanks for the vsociety link, it is most useful. ralis

Just found this rant by fundamentalists about demonic Halloween candy. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/10/29/c...e_n_338738.html

Vajraji is way too much fun! I will miss his divine radiant presence! Vajraji, you used the plural women. How many? ralis

Are you psychic? You have no clue as to what I know or even what experiences I have had. You are really excellent at beating your own drum and bragging about all your transcendent experiences. ralis

What Buddhism and Taoism have in Common?
ralis replied to TheSongsofDistantEarth's topic in General Discussion
The Buddhist view is just another view. Just more propaganda. The so called right view sounds like brain washing to me! Who determines how one interprets reality? Prove there is no universal essence! No matter how you frame your arguments, you still are positing concepts. "This is not a concept". It is a concept. You remind me of fundamentalist tv preachers. ralis -
A few points: 1. If Vajraji is not attached to dependent origination, then why does he incessantly preach it? 2. Vajraji was a Hindu in the past and rejected that path for Buddhism. Reactionary? What belief system is next? 3. Why does Vajraji have a need (desire) to continually posit that his belief system is superior? ralis

Just found this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMznvnMw-ys

I changed from acoustic to electric about 3 months ago. The difference is profound! The electric is easier to play, has wonderful effects like distortion and is just fun!! ralis

Good point! I was referring to mikaelz comment that a Buddha knows all. I have difficulty with that one. ralis

Silva mind control does the same thing. ralis

If one uses logic and intuition, then emotion should never be included in any argument. To be logical is to not allow emotion to cloud one's judgment. Therefor, anyone using propaganda such as "my belief system is higher, more subtle, more profound etc. is making an irrational, untenable argument." Especially, when the belief system is extended into the entire cosmos without limit. Yesterday, I learned that a Buddha knows everything without limit! How can anyone comprehend infinity? ralis

Now you are into incredibly powerful Buddha worship. ralis

I am getting one! As far as the light saber goes, one needs to figure a way to harness plasma on a small scale. ralis

Talk about pushing the envelope with winged suits.

Flowers are fun! I just had the intuitive hit to go for a walk and then play guitar again. It is snowing here in Santa Fe ralis
