It seems to me that some energies are low vibration and therefore dark to my observation. Some energies are so high in vibration that they are beyond my seeing and therefore also dark in my observation The first time I saw that was a dark unicorn approaching this solar system. Its body was very dark with white fringes where the energies dropped down into the range of my vision (Unicorns I see as white seem to work with the healing of planets, and the black unicorns seem to work with the healing of stars)

I often observe parasitic entities with tendrils into parts of the target humans. Rather than refer to a "parasitic entity with tendrils into energy vortices .." it is easier to call it an octopus. Usually people find it easy to match what they sense with the offered paradigm. I once observed a friend visiting her parents. She was immediately ill - with various parasitic entities attached. Normally I would tell her to get rid of them using heart light - but on this occasion I could see an armada of octopuses waiting to take the place of those dislodged. My friend recovered quickly when she finished her stay with her parents. I suspect that Lovecraft wrote about what he saw.

Traditionally mother's cooking is best. That is not because your mother is a better cook, but rather that she is putting intent and love into the cooking. Long ago I lived in a spiritual community that baked its own bread. There was a roster of bakers. One baker's bread produced a warm tingling in my stomach. I asked her about that and she said that she deliberately put energy into the bread. I do the same when kneading my sourdough. My bread is popular too.

It seems that grains and fruit often protect themselves from predators by including toxic substances. For years my body always chose white wheat flour instead of the wholemeal that I was taught was healthier. It seems that wheat has lectins in the outer layer to poison predators. When I was a child I would see cooking shows where the Italian cooks would blanche tomatoes - then take off and discard the skin and seeds and just use the pulp. Apparently tomatoes keep their lectins in the skin and seeds. How did the Italian cooks know what to do? For example a friend called me while she was driving. She suddenly had a sharp pain in her left shoulder. I asked: can you visualize a spear in that shoulder? She could. So who is holding the spear? She said: my elder son. So she sent heart light to her son and two minutes later the pain was gone

I was taught that humans are the center of Creation. It turns out not to be true. There are many beings that are more powerful: physically, emotionally and mentally - but sometimes less powerful spiritually Some stronger beings like to program humans so that they do not use their spiritual power. Most humans are easy to manipulate through placement of thoughts and feelings A common strategy is to generate fear within the humans such as fear of diseases, climate cycles, Russians, ethnic/religious groups, aliens, social rejection, other political groups .... Fear is an open invitation to the entry of dark forces into the human. Generally it is better for the human to develop its heart. Women often like to do that - men less so. The heart is the immediate anchor of higher purpose and life force in the human. Those that develop the heart easily connect to more profound beings and more profound levels of Existence

It is better to leave kundalini as a natural process. Pushing the kundalini is likely to rip holes in various webs that are supposed to protect the human until it is ready Psychedelics often do the same. Better not to accrue karma by facilitating damage to the light-bodies of the foolish

I knew a woman from NYC that would steal money to buy cigarettes for her friends - and 5 minutes later would have forgotten the theft. She knew she was possessed. The possessing entity used nicotine to soften targets She told me that the possession occurred when she was in bed with a possessed man.

Personally I see the Cosmos as coherent and intelligent. It seems to encourage my experiments And I have had a few data points that indicate that there is more of me than I see in the mirror

That seems adverse. Mostly I like to keep the energy in my body

Ethical conduct is certainly necessary - but whose ethics? Ethos is a Greek word meaning "character," originally denoting "custom" or "habit." It forms the root of the term "ethikos," which means "morality" or "showing moral character." Perhaps human ethics are not quite there yet

There are some apparently alien accounts that the concepts of good and evil, and religion itself, are specific (unique?) to the Earth humanity Perhaps it is all about learning. Some learn in more difficult ways Maybe the "sinners" provide more intense and therefore faster learning for themselves and others. That would be useful if the Earth were a training ground I suspect a top-down view of this solar system gives a quite different perspective

The germ theory of disease has often failed experimental testing. Some prefer the terrain theory of disease. Still others look more deeply - into trauma and relationships Others consider karmic influences to be greater still

Alternatively, the humanity living on the surface of this planet has yet to reach design functionality

Does the human race have a role in balancing light and dark in this galaxy?

It seems that humanity is a very recent organ within the EM. Who could have imagined that growth could occur in the Cosmos?
