Many years ago a form of meditation just appeared in my consciousness as I studied for my final university exams. It worked quite well. Then I learned a mantra meditation - Transcendental Meditation. That worked better - particularly the advanced techniques Some years later in meditation I was shown a different technique each morning for a week. Owning is good but I am not sure you showed how to test whether connection to group karma is dependent upon personal karma. My own approach is often by looking at the karmic energy fields where they connect to the light body. For example: temporarily start to move away the personal karmic energy and see if the human is still part of the karma of the target group

How would you test that proposition? That reminds me: Long ago, it seemed to me (without any analysis) that I did not have any personal karma. I also read that auto accidents are karmic - and I had had a few of those. So I asked in meditation and they replied instantly (no need to look up records) : You will observe that everything that you hit was stationary at the time. That was carelessness not karma. Some years ago a bit north of me, on a divided highway with wide grassed area between the directions, at dusk a vehicle crossed the divide and collided head on with another vehicle, killing both drivers. In the dusk, with headlights on, it is hard to identify oncoming vehicles, so it is surprising that the drivers were father and son

Long ago I had a dream that I was in a prison camp. Someone had broken the rules but I was punished not them. I felt that was most unfair. When I awoke I asked about the dream and was told that when a member of a group breaks a rule, it does not matter which in the group is punished. Thus group karma can result in the innocent bearing the pain.

That certainly works if the instigator has given up. If, however, the astral or mental attack continues, it may be necessary to take action. The simplest is taking the incoming energy lines and dropping them into the Earth. The next layer of defense is building a light body imitation of oneself and attaching the incoming energy lines to the imitation. Most attackers are not smart enough to understand what is happening, so the target is free. A more assertive alternative is looping the flows around and redirecting them to the source. Mostly such attackers do not see they are attacking themself - and get worn out in a couple of days

With a house that is a regular pentagon (5 sided) it is possible to draw inside it a regular pentagram (5 lines). With a little stretch of the imagination, a pentagram has a head, two arms and two legs - like a person lying back with limbs out-stretched. In the legend I was taught by a German professor of dance, the house on chicken turned so the entrance not accessible until the person "said the words his/her mother taught". I once lived in the area of Scotland shown by the diagram as the conjunction of four ley lines. There were actually five that converged when we built a suitable five-sided building at the right place. It may even be that the concepts of good and evil are not relevant to species other than Earth humanity. Is there a difference between happiness and joy?

When I want a stressed human/animal to interact well with me, I give Light from my heart. When a friend is having trouble with a relationship/child I get them to do that too. Usually they immediately feel better about the difficult situation and can see the energy/behavior shift in the other.

Quite right. So why are the entities interfering with your life force and brain thoughts? Time to audit internal and external relationships?

In my observation there is a vertical stream of white-gold light that passes through the head and anchors in the heart. In mystical Christianity the anchoring is represented by a flaming heart. The stream of light anchors life force and spiritual purpose in the heart and anchors the flame of consciousness in the head. Most humans suffer some degree of interference with the flow and with the anchoring

Agreed. But the concept of divine is rather limited - being derived from a word meaning shining. That means there were eye witnesses to the divine entity "god, divinity, good spirit" in Hindu religion, 1819, from Sanskrit deva "a god" (as opposed to asuras "wicked spirits"), etymologically "a shining one," from *div- "to shine," thus cognate with Greek dios "divine" and Zeus, and Latin deus "god" (Old Latin deivos), from PIE root *dyeu- "to shine," in derivatives "sky, heaven, god." Fem. form devi is used for "goddess," also (with capital D-) for the mother god

So the human is expected to control its physical and emotional impulses but not its mental energies? Are philosophers included? What about heart energies? Are they to be controlled? Or is the heart to be still?

Defining is a tricky process. Often the mind will trick us when it fits/mangles reality into the localized mind space It is better to consider principles as alive. For example, put a scenario or proposed action next to the energy field of the principle and see if the principle is happy with the action/scenario At an abstract level my principles in ascending importance are: - right energy - right relationship - right intent. Testing is done in the cosmos in which I wish to act

Quite right. Holding judgement against people has a direct effect on relationships generally and reduces beneficial flows including financial. It is much better to see what needs to be out-grown and to support the out-growing.

I follow the customs of the local society only to the extent that they are compatible with my principles. Accordingly I am careful with whom I associate

Perhaps "principled behavior" is a better concept

It seems that "moral" comes from the Latin "mores" mores(n.) "customs," 1907 (W.G. Sumner, "Folkways"), from Latin mores "customs, manners, morals" (see moral (adj.)). Thus to be moral is to conform to the customs of the local society

To be a bit more precise I had two mantra extensions before the Siddhi program was established. I can't recall the details of the process for extension but the original mantra was given during a ritual that involved invoking each of the line of Masters. At one stage, as a meditation checker, I dealt with several people that had been initiated into TM by a group of teachers in London that had left the TM organization. The people came to me because their meditation was not working properly. I suspected that, their teachers having left the organization, the line of Masters no longer energized their initiations
