Big-Gov'ment doesn't want to produce solutions, but instead wants to produce a grievance culture around victimhood

Government doesn't want to produce a solution to anything.

I took on a program about 10 years ago. The program was a box of facts, figures, and numbers. Every two or three months politicians and other high ranking officials would have an interest in this program and request new ways of how the data was presented. So I'd oblige and produce the data. You would be surprised at how many different ways data can be presented.

Then I started meeting old timers they'd tell me, "in five or 10, or 20 years there is going to be someone new sitting in your seat producing the same reports you are and nothing will have changed."

Well, it's been at least 5 years since I've really had much to do with the program and nothing has changed. But the person who took it over is crunching numbers on this program and nothing has changed since I was part of the project.

It's about having a box and maintaining it. If the problem in the box is solved, then that box goes away.

No leader worth his salt wilfully seeks to divide a country the way this current one is doing - and its obvious that should any major crisis of  destabilisation were to occur within the next couple of years,

That's not the president doing this. That's the media, hollywood, and the establishment who are doing everything in their power to divide the population and tank the president's approval rating so they can impeach.

After his inauguration speech, the liberal talking points were about how "dark and divisive" is speech was when it was anything but that.

Then it was onto Russian Collusion. Then Stormy Daniels. Then tax returns. Then he's a racist. Then back to Russia. Then more Stormy Daniels. More Russian Collusion. More racist/sexist. Back to Russian Collusion. Back to Stormy Daniels. Back to taxes. And it repeats over and over and over. it is the current power structure doing what they can to burn everything down so to speak.

You must only consume liberal media.

The question is if they recognize that the party they habitually vote for ,overall, is screwing them over all over again, because entitlements and favoritism undermine in a sneaky way.

No. I don't think this will be the case among the African American population at large. Black America is, for the most part, accustomed to getting the shaft. And a bird in the hand today is worth ten times two in the bush at some un-determined point in the future that may never come.

They'll vote for known entitlements today.

Regarding the flood of Irish and Italians turn of the century. I always figured it was the Vatican orchestrating that to get a solid Catholic foothold into the country.  Seems our politicians have probably always been for sale to the highest bidder.

Who are all these low skilled illegal workers going to compete with for employment?

    Rich white women?

One just came to my door shortly after I got home from work selling magazines...  The last time that happened was when I lived in Seattle and it was an ex-con trying to get back on his feet.

Who are most like Nazi brownshirts, ICE officers ,or masked antifa thugs?

Depends on one's point of reference. To those with the "America Last" viewpoint and Open Borders crowd, it's ICE.

The America last crowd is nothing but a very large group of ultra liberal losers that just want to watch it all burn down. They stand for nothing, except the signaling of virtue. Yet they have none themselves.

So now, anyone who says anything against a person 'of color', even if just a question,  is a racist... that is where the left has taken such things...   Wildly irrational in my mind.

This isn't anything new. They learned it from the Jews. Say anything bad about a jewish person and it's a 100% attack on them being jewish.

"Persons of Color" have just recently figured out this neat trick that makes weak whites recoil in fear.

There was a desire to not allow the United States become a subject state to the UN...

There is a lot of madness being released from foreign interests who want the US to fail. We are in a similar time as to the run up to the Civil War when the two sides were being stoked from behind the scenes by England and France who wanted their colonies back.

And England and France being manipulated by their bank.

I wish one of you will call him out on his uncouth remarks even once, but like those immediately in his circle, you guys cant seem to bring yourself to acknowledge his imperfections.

He wasn't elected to say sweet nice things while reading a teleprompter.   In fact, a lot of people who have NOT lost their basic survival instinct because of political correctness, like that he is in fact uncouth, loud, and abrasive. His actions and the left's favorite word rhetoric forces the left's agenda into the spotlight.

And continuing, he was elected because people were fed up with all the sweet talk from prior administrations that did nothing except advancing the globalist agenda.

Laughter? No. It's more like a case of ebola.

Another one? I thought it was Tacoma, WA with the loser from Vashon Island. The island that is only accessible via boat.

  11. Some people just age slower than others. And all of them have "this one weird trick". The guy above says go for long walk after every meal. Others say "eat 2 pieces of crispy bacon everyday", or eat three pieces of dark chocolate everyday.

Stress is the real age quickener.

Cemex...and with all the extensive construction that went on with that island, and someone related to cemex if not in their hierarchy had submitted a patent that basically made a better concrete when a certain type of coagulating agent was added...(coincidence that 'coagulating agent' overlaps its venn diagram with blood)

Perhaps its one of the secret ingredients in Roman concrete...

  13. In other news, I think the 3bobalikes I work with have independently come to the conclusion that Q is real. Their "world view" seems to be ever so shattered these last couple of days.

Actually we can build Thormium reactors where the waste only has a life span of 300 years and they are protected from a nuclear melt down so the environment wont get destroyed.

Are they safe enough that small scale power production could be feasible?  Maybe large enough to illuminate a remote mountain village of 300 people.

Or a new subdivision with 300 new homes being constructed?

Imagine what would happen, if, by law, every US Congressman/woman, US Senator, President etc. was by US law audited every 1-2 years by an independent agency.

Who is going to pass this law? Certainly not those who would be subject to it.

  16. I've read the science. It's politically motivated.

So answer the question. How could the climate models of the 1970s be so backwards?  Not just a little wrong. But 100% incorrect. That of course is assuming the new climate models are in fact correct.

  17. How could climate scientists in the 1970s be 180 degrees wrong?

According to them an ice age was imminent.

A couple decades later, the impending ice age has all but been forgotten to be filled with a new doom and gloom the exact opposite of Global Warming.

Why are failed climate predictions thrown away like a used kleenex?

Are the same individuals who believed an ice age was imminent the exact same individuals who believe it's really global warming?

Is a certain subset of the human population pre-disposed to falling for hysterics? If so, what evolutionary advantage would this bring to the species?

Why does hysteria shut down rationale thinking?  See example above. First it was an Ice Age, then it was the polar opposite of Global Warming.

Are the same people who fall for hysterics pre-disposed to careers in academia and policy?

Have those in positions of power who are able to pull the levers of society learned to control the masses through hysterics?

Does the sunken cost fallacy also apply to belief systems?

    *****************

So as Global Warming also proved to be another failure, the narrative moved to a new more encompassing ideology that covers all the bases. Climate Change.

    Sunny and 70? Climate Change.

Snowing and below Zero? Climate Change

Cloudy and a Chance of Rain: Climate Change

And every other conceivable form of weather pattern. It's all the result of Climate Change and can never be proven wrong.  Yesterday was 68 degrees and today it's 72? Climate Change.

And the only solution is to trust the politicians.
