    What drew you to this place?

     

    What draws you to Qi Gong? Or T`ai Chi?

     

    Are you interested in one? or both?

     

     

    Are you looking to increase health energy productivity concentration?

     

    If you are a complete beginner - I would personally recommend "T`ai Chi Classics" by Waisun Liao and / or the "Chi Kung Bible" by Gary Clyman. They both explain the core concepts quite well.

     

    Liao focuses on the core principles and expands upon them and has some really nice drawings to illustrate his point.

     

    Clyman  explains the core concepts quite well in that book ..but also touches on other topics /subject that would help the practitioner: sleep, diet, sex and masturbation and several others.

    Are you into Tai Chi or Qi Gong?

     

    If you never practised I would recommend the "Chi Kung Bible" by Gary Clyman or Waysun Liao`s "Tai Chi Classics". They are both great.

    1) Good Morning - Good Evening Qi Gong With Tristan Truscott
       Digital format.
       Got it directly from Sensei Tristan`s website.

       Digital Format.
       Tossed away the dvds many moons ago.
       No Magnets/Chi balls.
     
    3)  Art and science of Physical Invisibility ( Extremely Rare)
         Digital Format. I got the DVD many many years ago when it was still available and I removed the "fluffy" bits. So there is only the practical information.           Do not have the book.

         Digitized. I purchased it directly from Master CLyman

       I do have the email I received after purchasing to confirm that.

        I do have the PDF version of it. Directly from Master Clyman

     

    3) Nei Kung Bible

        I got this when I invested in his "5 Element Nei Kung" course ( I am  not looking to sell those DVDs - sorry).

     

    4) Linkage exercises - Simplify your life 

       Digitized version. Directly from Master Clyman.

      You can check his website to see that he sells  a digitized version of it. 

      Master Clyman teaches you how to care for your joints, tendons and ligaments in this course that make up  your Tai Chi body.

     Approx. 1 hour long. Rare and valuable exercises.

     

    I can sell these individually. I would consider a better deal if you would buy two or more courses. 

     

    If not, I am looking to trade these for "Mind Light Nei Kung" and / or "Black Diamond Nei Kung".

     Greetings Everyone!

     

     My virtual name is Allen Iverson. 

     

     I am a basketball and Chi Gong practicioner.

     

      I am currently based in Eastern Europe. 

     

     I found Chi Kung when I was very sick many moons ago and fell in love with it. I studied and applied the materials of Master Clyman. 

     

     I am practising on a regular basis and always looking to expand my knowledge and my practise.
