Hello Luminous! Awesome to have another dedicated practitioner here! With regards to embryonic breathing ... i only know about it what Gary Clyman teaches about it. Has 4 details to it to be performed at the same time. Inhale: squeeze anal/urinary sphincters, diaphragm, mind travels up Xhale > relax sphincters, breath out gently, mind travels down "into" the floor. Always keep mind at dan tien on the inhale / exhale. He explains it better than I ever could but you get the point of it. I think I also heard Liao mentioning it but don`t quote me on it. By small circulation - do u mean "micro cosmic orbit"? Blessings

Hi Nunya! Great to have u here! I am no expert in Kundalini ...but my understanding from Master Clyman is that Kundalini only concerns itself with the "up" but never the "down". Thus, it can lead to massie imbalances in the individual. Hope that helps.

Greetings! What drew you to this place? What draws you to Qi Gong? Or T`ai Chi? Are you interested in one? or both? Are you looking to increase health energy productivity concentration? If you are a complete beginner - I would personally recommend "T`ai Chi Classics" by Waisun Liao and / or the "Chi Kung Bible" by Gary Clyman. They both explain the core concepts quite well. Liao focuses on the core principles and expands upon them and has some really nice drawings to illustrate his point. Clyman explains the core concepts quite well in that book ..but also touches on other topics /subject that would help the practitioner: sleep, diet, sex and masturbation and several others. Hope that helps. Tell us a little bit more. Ever new joy!

Greetings! Great to have you here! I feel that we can learn from each other a lot! Are you into Tai Chi or Qi Gong? If you never practised I would recommend the "Chi Kung Bible" by Gary Clyman or Waysun Liao`s "Tai Chi Classics". They are both great. Let us know how you are doing!

I have the following courses / books:
1) Tidal Wave Chi Kung
Digitized. I purchased it directly from Master CLyman
I do have the email I received after purchasing to confirm that.
If you so desire, I can show you a screenshot of it to confirm that it is from Master CLyman himself.
You can also check to see his website to see that he also sells a digitized version of it.
2) Chi Kung Bible
I do have the PDF version of it. Directly from Master Clyman
3) Nei Kung Bible
I got this when I invested in his "5 Element Nei Kung" course ( I am not looking to sell those DVDs - sorry).
4) Linkage exercises - Simplify your life
Digitized version. Directly from Master Clyman.
You can check his website to see that he sells a digitized version of it.
Master Clyman teaches you how to care for your joints, tendons and ligaments in this course that make up your Tai Chi body.
Approx. 1 hour long. Rare and valuable exercises.
I can sell these individually. I would consider a better deal if you would buy two or more courses.
If not, I am looking to trade these for "Mind Light Nei Kung" and / or "Black Diamond Nei Kung".

I do have an extensive collection on Neville Goddard courses / books / materials. Books/audio lectures (including rare ones).
I also have courses /live call recordings from the freeneville.com courses. Are you familiar with those ones?
I have invested in those myself.
Check out that website. The owner is a big fan of Neville and by studying his materials he came up with new materials based on that to help people understand Neville`s teachings a lot better and easier.
I also have an extensive collection of William Walker Atkinson materials. Including those that he released/wrote under other pen names.

Greetings Everyone! My virtual name is Allen Iverson. I am a basketball and Chi Gong practicioner. I am currently based in Eastern Europe. I found Chi Kung when I was very sick many moons ago and fell in love with it. I studied and applied the materials of Master Clyman.
