Alternatively you can say, as a being of the universe I sense reality directly, it is for me to create what it is I seek. One cannot spend life as a student, that is just to misunderstand things. Life is the block that we must carve, there is nothing hidden, no secret, except that you are the carver and best get to work. What your spirit is attracted to ... should be acknowledged and find your own people. There is no sense in doing anything else, as you can only ever be yourself. The ability to create out of nothing what you wish, to create yourself, is the ultimate power.

Name and Character > Individual. And of course this would explain why great teachers took so many years and such arduous journeys to wake up. When the source is found, so is the individual, the real individual within.

No Such Thing As Society The current society does not have a capitalist free market. The media (or culture) is perverting people's minds, twisting them. It is more about whether you live as a c***, or try to be a free being somehow, whether you remember what hope is. The organism is used a stimulus response slave, and the soul is systematically destroyed, not even destroyed but perverted, until all that is a left is a soulless hungry ghost. The SGF is aimed at providing simple rapid instructions for enlightenment which is to be found in the Heaven between the eyes. What are your practices about ? My guess is that you wish for some massive energetic expansion, or complex practices, and that you don't sense the virtue of simplicity. The SGF is very interesting in that it gives reasonably solid technical instructions. That you can actually follow. I don't know why you don't ? But maybe you want something else. I don't you are clarifying the SGF you are adding quite complex stuff to it. The author of SGF says that it's simple and do the simple practice for 100 days and you are there .... probably worth doing, isn't it ? Anyone who "got" the SGF is not going to write another book. It is only people who don't get the SGF that will then go on to write more books. The thing about simple practices is that it requires you to "wake up". If you don't want to wake up then you can construe a million different exotic technical arduous endless practices. And I am saying all of the above because I believe it works, from my own practice.

What do the rich do with their money ? Do they do anything good ? No, not really. Mostly they sit on it, buy large mansions and Ukrainian blondes. Drink expensive booze. Some give to "chairty", at banquets wearing fur coats. So .... this has a lot of implications. Law and order is kept as covenant by citizens, and they expect some decency ins society in return. Is there any ? Why does "God" allow inequality ? Why doesn't everyone have everything he wants ? One of the reasons might be because there isn't enough material. And to get everyone out, some must have more, and they must use that excess to captain the ship and take everyone home. But they are not doing that. UBI is not really our problem. If things continue as they are, i n 50 years mankind will be slime creatures. Of course the answer and the correct to take is obvious.

I would not entertain the insanity and disgrace of this society. I would not allow it into my mind or my body. Neither can you judge young people unfortunate enough to be born here and now. I was thrashing around some ideas this morning in the context of the victmhood in the UK right now regards Brexit. It does grate to hear people talk always of "oh it's so terrible", "oh the dolphins", "oh the Africans", "oh the hedgehogs", "oh the clouds are so sad" .... "it's all so terrible". Hmm ... I won't share my first 10 responses to this !!! But anyway, seems to me that people want to "help" and then they should go and help. Get off their backside and physically go to an orphanage or hedgehog sanctuary and pick up in their arms a child and look after that child. Then they would feel better and they would be participating in the world. That 's the answer. Action. The newspapers increase sales through victimhood stimulation, redirecting this helpings instinct into impotently reading the paper and getting angry, it's an emotional masturbation. Masturbation because you have an instinct that you need an outlet for, but without real action that instinct goes inwards instead .... rather than expressing itself normally. And many people do not know how to turn instinct into action, especially given their education, ... but if they were walked into an elephant sanctuary or a tree planting effort ... then they would feel fulfilled and their cries of help would be answered, by themselves. And that's it really. These helping instincts are on the feminine polarity, on the masculine polarity the same kind of issues happen. Men want to build protect discriminate but they .... end up bombing the middle east one more time in frustration. They also need to provide themselves with a place they can actual do the things they need to do, get an axe and saw and go into the forest and make something great. Hi. I trust that you are giving a very well studied description of the practices you have learnt, and they may have tremendous merit. However they do not seem to be linked the GF, as the author himself says in the text (see above) there is no need for any other technique. In fact his whole message is that he has found the gold and that you can get to heaven in 100 days with it. He goes to quite some lengths to say have the eyelids just a little open, aim from the nose, and let the light trickle in and concentrate there. So I am not sure who Mr Wang is but .... I would try the GF method on its own, if you like it. I think if all the BS was not included in these texts there would be less confusion.

Master Wang's teaching contradicts what is in Chapter 1 of the book. So you choose. For me, I read the GF and I do what it says, and I am not particularly interested in the priests who arrive later and have a better version. As the author of the GF says, it's easy and it's right, it's what you want. The practice depends only on the turning of the light around at the eyes (not the pineal gland) but at the front of the head, and if you do it for 100 days you go to heaven.

I am by the way not western. I am also quite bored by all the total bullshit in these kind of texts and you can take the Lotus Sutra as well which is 99% BS. Okay, wtf does that mean ... eyes see out don't they, they see the light out there, well what does turning the light around mean then ? Reverse the flow. Easy. What else could it mean ? Making a sandwich ? Walking your lama ? Then there is some stuff about collecting thoughts .... thoughts come from around there don't they in the forehead. Then there are some more pargraphs .... it's the supreme ultimate, really really supreme and I'm not just saying that, if you get this supreme you will feel it is more supreme then Beyonce ass ... goes on like that until the end of the book. Yes - we get the message! Yes it's really good.

Always there are priests and complicated people who know better. But the author of the Golden Flower makes simple instructions directed to students. The author says it is simple and complete. But ... why would you take something simple when you can be in charge ? The simple truth is that your ideas are completely different from what is in the text.

The Golden Flower includes in it all the source it is using, it mentions those books, so there is no confusion. It also includes quite specific type of instruction thereby reducing confusion again. It is also an instructional text designed to teach students what to do on its own with no need for other heresay. Most of what you say you are doing does not seem to be linked to the text. My interpretation above is extracted directly from the text. Perhaps some other blokes told you to do ... the things you are doing. But if you read the text it is clear that what you are doing is not the same. Perhaps you do not have the time to read the text itself ?

From a certain perspective Tao is the only thing there is, but this statement does not answer our existential questions. First we reach back to the Source and feel that, this is the first entry of Conscious light into us. It cleans us, and gives us lifesupport from the womb. Then we reach again into ourselves and feel that. Then our identity is made, it is a bridge. As we live on a horrendous planet, there is maximum urgency.

That is true, but along with "taking a view" (sitting on the ass), one can also try to investigate and participate in the growing knowledge of mankind. Whether something lives or dies after death is one question; whether humans are really alive or just living in a "false self" whilst in the body is another question; whether this "false self" can be transformed into an eternal being that survives death; is a 3rd question.

You seem to be referring to a different practice. Is any of this stuff in the GF ? Quick fire breathing isn't, is it ? Rotating the eyes, that's not in there either - sounds painful. Have no idea what you are doing when you say yinqi yangqi combine. Pineal gland hmmm sounds new age, In fact the Pineal is in the centre of the brain, and the GF mentions a region between the eyes, and doesn't it mention the eybrow centre ? Anyway doesn't appear to be the Pineal does it. Different loctaon. Maybe you have your own practice and are trying to translate GF into that even if it doesn't fit ????
