  3. I'll show you just how stupid human monkeys are. Now this phrase "who ... is hurting ?" What does this phrase mean. Monkeys interpret this in one of two ways : a. Doh there isn't anyone there. b. I don't know let's investigate. (a) is not going to heaven. The unfortunate truth is that there is someone there, a seed it is very small and hidden. Very few humans even teachers can detect it. If it is cultivated it grows into the Buddha. Most awakenings on Earth .... well that person has no idea what happened. We just aren't that smart or sensitive, unless we kill .... we are good at killing and sexing. Spirituality is really on the very edge of our possibility. Sort of. Sort of .... because actually "just be normal" is quite a good spiritual instruction.

They do not know what happened, they were poor peniless desperate. Experiences are of objects. Changing. Spirituality is of the subject that is it's own unchanging world.

    I think I am going to get Michael Winn's Extraordinary Meridiens DVD, they are a likely candidate and go hard at it. Also I did 3 1/2 sessions 6 healing sounds using that big chart of emotions, and seemed really good to vary the emotion for each element. Woke up feeling great .... emotional trauma is the root for me, so it clears out the root. Also more BKF H&E. In fact I might organise a interlocking practice of 8 Ex Meridiens and BKF H&E. I was recently trying doing the 5 standing postures of ZZ from LamKamChuen, but putting in some H&E in between very slowly. Really like it. Here's that chart if anyone wants it.
  6. There is no "mind". There is "my subconscious mind". That is why it is in "my head" in "my body". Gosh, it's really not easy for a monkey to wake up, so terrified he is. This idea that you don't exist means what ? That if you jump off a bridge you will still exist ? Just try it. You know what's going to happen, even if you don't understand. That is why Buddha taught because someone is there. Obviously otherwise why bother. Okay even if you don't understand, consider this : On this planet with such a derange nutball species, it's not good to cling to ideologies, which ideology is reliable on this planet< especially ideologies so negative and self-hating as "I don't exist". And don't be too obsessed about "the ego". Every time you go to Wallmart you use your mind plenty and it seems okay doesn't it ? And if you are intelligent you will consider that Ramana Maharshi and J Krishnamurti taught for decades, and at the end said that nobody understood them. Do you see what that means ? It means they did not understand their own realisation well enough to instruct others. So it's good not to be too confident in idealogies, and just work with a practical and hopeful spirit.

    I see your endless gigantic tomes of wordy gibberish .... actually have some useful information in them from time to time !!! I don't really care about blockages at all and I don't like this surgical approach. However the fact is I have a monster in my fact, right side from below the eye to above GB14 round to the temple and ear .... that whole quadrant. It is suicidally painful. I would like to clear it but ... I don't know if you have seen Alien where there is thing stuck on the face. It is a little distracting ! Anyway I am clearing it but Jeez it is slow, I did an arduous 70 minutes of Water-Fire breathing on a patch about 1" sq yesterday, I will see today how much was dissolved.

    It's good to have a vision of this type of meditation to be more relaxed at the end than at the beginning. The only real practice is to maintain contact at the rings of the nostrils, and also gently merging with the breath itself. Forcing is completely counter productive.. If you fell a bit fighty and stressed, better to settle the body down into the Earth. It's very different to meditate like this, than to be a meditator hero who will vanquish the enemy and crush themselves into concentration - that approach makes blockages boil.

  13. I am sure you have noticed that you have a separate body. When you go take a sh**, how many people are in there with you ? Or is it just you ? Maybe it's okay to take a sh** on your own. Or would you prefer that mommy non-duality brings everyone in with you. Is it okay to exist ... or just too much responsibility. Back to your iPhone. It's a good thing for existence that a band of scruffy monkeys is going to fix it when existence makes the error of giving them their own lives. Scruffy man monkeys always "fixing" something with their "ideas" and sit there gawking whilst it crumbles into the sea, again.   14. Physical healing with Qigong

    Hi. Digestive problems, uclers, and so on. I was in an ambulance once and literally crying for my mama, because when the middle of your body goes wrong ... it's the end, basically. I never thought I would cry for my mama, but there it is, dying will probably be the same. I also have a lot of suppressed rage, and yes it is frequently at the root of many people's problems because anger is one thing that no-one ever encourages. Personally I need to be held and loved whilst I tell everyone how angry I am .... and not many people can do that for me. I have found other therapies to be more direct at harmonizing / cleansing the anger that qigong. The ones people leave to last are probably (i) expressing the full force your green fire rage; (ii) holding the sweet child that you are inside and really caring for him. These 2 things can be very uncomfortable but take my advice, do them on day 1 and save yourself 50 years. I have just come back from the park I was doing Michael Winn's 5 Animals. About 3 years now. I got this one because you can either do it by feeling the forces, or by feeling the emotions and working with them ... so release anger / shame / guilt / fear. Today after many years, I was doing it very slowly indeed and for instance with the Wood Element feeling the rage boy inside as a kind of shadow inside and very slowly breathing it out of the mouth like a black smoke on the exhale. Very slowly, so really feel it, know that it is working. Usually I do it quickly. Also with regards emotions just found an excellent chart of many emotions associated with the 5 elements. I plan to pick a different emotion (one positive one negative for each element) every day, which is more complete rather than always work with one emotion. Qigong is like this, it is a skill and inner knowledge. Bioenergetics and inner child work is more direct and different. If you have time use 2 or 3 approaches simultaneously, but each one need development and learning. Like at university when you have multiple courses. I was able to stabilise myself quite quickly, but the deep roots are anger / rage / discontent and i am working on them still, been 3 years or so. But I have made vast changes inside and if I hadn't been ill this time, it was only a matter of time before something started failing. What goes in : food / impressions / culture / relationships .... is probably more important to fix than any qigong. Outer dissolving ; you can start with feeling the blockage on the physical body, then the energy structure underneath, then slowly scanning back and forth the seam or centre of the blockage and holding it in your awareness. Takes bloody hours, hundreds of hours. But yes moving practices do dissolve blockages, but there is a skill to it. On the inhale do not toughen up your body, remain soft and releasing, on the exhale feel the body dissolving. Always like this. Working with the energy body does change your whole life. Sorry. Or ... not sorry ! Personally I am not very much into doing the kind of qigong where you do movements but you dont' know why. With MW's 5 Animals I know why because I am drawing in the universal forces to cleanse me, and working with emotions. And for instance in BK Frantzis Dragon & Tiger Qigong, you are drawing qi along certain regions or energy pathways. I have been doing BK Frantzis Heaven & Earth DVD which really is amazing. Just shows you that one simple movement can clear massive stuff out of you if you are well instructed. And then there are those who just do a series of movements with not much understanding. It's okay, just not for me. Some people report great success with them. Also I think it's good to do standing meditations Zhan Zhuang. It's a bit hard to get into but I think it's really magic. I do a few minutes standing, then some small moving qigong, then repeat the cycle, alternating standing and moving. It feels good. Terry Dunn's DVDs have standing meditation in them. Alchemy wise only thing I have done is Michael Winn's Sexual Vitality, which includes breathing water element up your body, followed by fire element down, which creates a "steaming" release. But if you are serious then it's good to not just do the qigong vaguely, but start with one thing and do it for a solid hour, slowly, quickly, emotionally, physically, really try to feel what is happening. It's more interesting enjoyable and you make it work better. It's all cool stuff so enjoy being healthy and happy and sane. ( many people here are more knowledgeable than me btw )

    Garbage In > Garbage Out When you have systemic illnesses, which many people seem to get these days, and that I have had, I think it's best not to look for a smoking gun but to try and heal everything. Diet must change, many poisons in food these days - because it's profitable. And what do you put in your mind - that also causes inner unhappiness tension and disease. And so on. Slowly year by year everything must be cleaned up. What chemicals do you use in your house or put on your skin. With Qigong systems, it is a good idea to try some quite intensive work at the beginning, long deep sessions, which can give you a flavour of what is coming ....and you can decide if you like this flavour, and then continue normally. Another thing is that pumping the body full of energies is one thing, but clearing out energy blockages is another thing. Once blockages are cleaned then you don't need to pump full of energy. ( BK Frantzis teaches "Outer Dissolving", maybe there are other teachers as well .... dissolves blockages ). The more healthy the different areas of your life are, the healthier the whole system will be. You might find that eliminating one food, one friend or one habit might help you a lot. But best to make a trajectory of whole health and good life.

  17. Advaita is a practice. Through merging repeatedly with the source-of-consciousness you create a bridge. Over time your identity transforms from human-ego-identity to the bridge, and therefore you live merged with the source. Westerners when they came to India they saw some guys doing bendy exercise and thought that is "Yoga" and went back to the US to monetize it. But it is not Yoga, in fact most yogis are just meditators. Likewise when Westerners saw the sign on the ashram saying "Advaita", they didn't bother to go in and sit with the master for 5 years, they just go on the plane back to California and started selling it as a new great idea. Great ideas are wonderful things to sell, because you don't have to do any work, and your customers don't have to do any work, and you can go nowhere together and pretend you are alive. Then some money changes hands and you go home happy. Meanwhile back inside the Advaita Ashram students are absorbing the energies of the source with the light of their teacher. As they meditate they become one as a practice, merging deeply and more deeply with the unfathomable source. And reach liberation. In California the ape people are very bendy and wear spandex, and make dollars.

    For sure, that is the basis of animal life. But like TTC, Retire when the work is done. This is the way of heaven. And the animals do. But mankind doesn't. Man doesn't need food anymore it's all easily available. An animal that hunts for food hunts for what he needs, he takes risks, works hard, gets the reward and rests. In this era, a man wakes up stressed, spends 45 minutes in a metal box in a meaningless commute listening to idiots on the radio, then does a meaningless job totally unrelated to his needs or anyone elses, mostly lying cheating and stealing exploiting other people, or selling them shit they don't need, eats shit at lunch because that's all that is available, and then returns home, feeling like shit. He does nothing he likes, he gets nothing he needs. Only an idiotic species would organise things like this. Having a basic income or not, or whichever economy you imagine, .... that's not really the problem. Nobody is happy, but human-apes are cowardly lazy and willingly dumb. Mostly humans would simply like to die, they are so unhappy. Wake up.

This society is hell bent on doing things that don't answer our questions or needs. Unless you fix that, it doesn't matter who has got what amount of money, just doesn't matter.
