In A Course in Miracles a huge change in perspective is invocated, to stop being the body-form and to live as the spirit and trust that God has a plan for you, you need only surrender to it. Florence Scoville Shinn says that we must believe in only one power, the good, for there is only one. Only our forgetfulness and "false creation" creates a belief in the bad. All bad things are simply a misuse of our creative imagination. As we believe so we create. It is very much worth disconnecting yourself from the beliefs and obsessions and struggles of human society, and to live inside the Light, and to refuse all else. Just try that for a while. Is it okay not to struggle, is it okay to surrender to what you are, is it okay to trust, is it okay not to be insane, is it okay not to be the physical body, is it okay not to fight with people, is it okay to relax. Is pain bad, is death bad, is ... anything bad. Anything can be bad if you define it as bad, if you insist on it being bad. And what is the alternative? Just this.

There is no such a thing as "mankind knew" .... that the earth is round ... or knew ... anything. This is the whole problem. You have either seen it yourself and understood it directly ... or you are just repeating.

One aspect is "Waking Up". And another aspects is "Surrendering That Which is Awoken". Waking Up means feeling who you are, recognition of me, and becoming your real self, and releasing the social ego. Surrendering means letting go into the whole, into the bigger you. It is good to alternate these currents in your practice. You cannot just surrender, because it leads to beings spaced out, it is a useless surrender. But if you Awaken, and then surrender, then boom, I Am That. Feel who is the one that surrenders. Perspectives ..... Yes, dial the positive light of truth out of what is in front of you, truth, love, let every breath be love. Choose love, and choose love again. Love is the feeling of godliness. Why am I afraid ? Why am I ever afraid ? Choose love, again and again and again. This is s a kind of surrender to divinity in life. And it is on the surrender side of the path. Sometimes you must wake up to the practical reality of today. Get your hands dirty in the fore-world, deal effectively and courageously with today, with right now. Own yourself and take action in the fore. And then once again flow into surrender of the far. The fore-shore and the far-shore.

Why does anybody care about this world. It's all vanity, My arms can reach only one metre in front, so it is only this space that I need concern about. We are small monkeys, so what. It hurts sorry, but yes it hurts, life hurts. Make a plan for today, and carry that plan out. Deal practically with whatever needs doing. Sit quietly and trust. Sit quietly and release this world, release the life. Beneath life, and beneath death. Going going gone. Zero.

Well, first of all look at mankind in society. So many people arguing, bombing, prostituting, porning, child abuse, prozac ... and this is in the best countries. What kind of people are these ? So then you have people saying all sorts of spiritual things .... is it reliable ? They are the species, warring, depressed, vain, stupid beyond stupid, insensitive and easily pleased. Sometimes you walk past a beggar lying in the street, you give him $10 and he says, I don't need your money I am king of the world, before lying down in the garbage with a black face and no shoes. Maybe you are king of the world as well. Best thing to do, is spend 3 months trying to be just what you are (or however you explain it to yourself). The spend 3 months with an enlightened teacher and do exactly what he says working intensively. Then you can decide. ... most people won't even lift themselves off the couch.

I am loosely connected to quite a few traditions, and over the years I have discovered -not easily- the wilful degeneration of them which seems to be epidemic on this planet. Humans degenerate absolutely everything, and normally before it's even come out of the oven. I had mentioned the degeneration of "A Course in Miracles", the book that is well known was in fact re-written by a fanatic who erased from the text several important ideas and re-wrote every single line. And nobody knew for 25 years, until the original version came out. Think of how many millions of people were reading that book thinking these words were channelled from Jesus, and in fact behind the scenes some stupid people had worked their magic. It's like an itch ... the need to "make some improvements" adding a bit of your own cr** into the books and practices. I just found out that the same thing is happening in ISKCON, and that Prabhupadas books are starting to be degenerated ( or expanded as the disciple-twits think ). And then goes on to tear apart the Church's way of doing things, and comes up with a much better way of thinking. The problem with that is that the Renaissance was the greatest period of creative activity and growth in Europe for 1000 years. So the actual conclusion is that you should re-introduce the same form of education That is if you are an honest man. If you are a fat ape liar, then you just carry right along. In California working for some ecology department they legislated to force river factories to put inputs downstream of the outputs. Well can this scheme work in practice ? Not really because a river will disperse the output largely very little will end up in the input even if they are downstream. However being an ecology department and hating manufacturers, there is the petty satisfaction of having punished these factory owners and give them a little kick .... from your safe academic job not manufacturing anything. What creeps. Let's introduce solutions into society that punish people we don't like as part of our victimology and negative agendas. He says that every child should have a project ... but that all children came up with the same solution except for one child. Again you have totally contradicted yourself ... I thought this was going to lead to individual creativity, how are all the projects the same? You are saying that this educational scheme produces very little creativity. Just tried it, seems useful for me, as my yang channels are a little timid. But I only do a small inward turning, certainly not the 45 degrees they are doing. I know plenty of people who have done heavy knee practices like full lotus ... it doesn't end well. Some of these guys have to sit in chairs now rather than sitting on the floor !!! Anyway thank, useful for me. 3 centres merge is not ... from what I understand ... 3 dantiens merge, actually it is feet - dantien - crownchakra. Thanks for this, it is very good for me, as my yang leg channels are blocked and this is revolutionary for me. The way I do it, I am doing Mark Cohen's 5 health postures mostly, and I do 2 mins left 2 right 2 centre for each. The left and right positions are done with parallel feet. When I do the centre posture then I am now turning the toes in and heels out, so I do it in 1/3 of my positions. A lot less turned in than she is doing in the video, but enough for the yang to flood down, and the heels also open up. Then knees can open up very nicely as well, and the sacrum and lower back feel very good, and all of this is really helping my sitting posture in meditation, with the lower spine feeling like a rising cobra with the sacrum fuller and released and open.. And I can feel the inside and outside of the legs and arms, yin-yang, clearly. Mark Cohen has this posture in his book and encourages using only for limited amount of time, and warns of overdoing toe in postures at the beginning. Thanks again.

Qi comes from the Dantien, it's part of the design ... you can't ... make it come from little finger because you feel like it .... neither can you transplant your heart into your leg. It is where it is. But hey. Why don't you just forget about Qi for a while and follow your instinct. Be one with that sensation in the solar plexus, breathe into and outo of it, and melt into, dissolve into, be into. Same with your the sounds in your head. Sounds in your head ? Perhaps you can say a bit more descriptively ? But you can certainly sit in meditation and relax into the sound. Consciousness in the head when it is activated has a particular "sound", it is very faint at first but high pitched, it is more at the back of the head. It is very faint almost not exactly a "sound", but a something. It is uniform across the head. As for your right ear ... which ear you use for your mobile ?!!!!!

Another one. One of the threads here is on Mystical Christianity. Now people are always complaining about the hierarchy and trying to move on, move back, move out .... move somewhere because of some complaint. The thing is neither those who adhere to Christianity nor those who are doing radical Christianity ... know anything at all. I have been shocked by joining a couple of scriptural study groups here one Anglican and more radical, one Catholic and traditional, that nobody here can read the words on the page. Because they all have their little agendas, their little movie of themselves. And when they read the Bible what happens is that they play that little movie in their head and they feel self-righteous or something. It's how they defend their self-image. ( I should say that they Cathoilcs are in general much close to God, but also less fun ) Anyway, there is a truth, but people just don't read, they are unable to. So all these different sects and traditions, in Taoism and Qigong .... frankly 99% of it ... is personal agendas. There is a truth - but who knows it ? Not many. Mostly people look for the ideal group to join where they can play their self-image-movie. So the fakeness has to do with self-image-ego that requires a phoney world, a phoney "knowledge". Meanwhile somewhere lurking beneath, is the real world.

Problem with all these ideas is they are contrary to ZZ. ZZ allows the Heaven Earth energies to pour straight through the body, and you enter a fully natural state or surrender flowing down into the source, ultimately. That is unless you start doing things. Standing in these postures you can do a million practices. As for the Dantiens, the standard 5 arm postures for health or 8 postures for martial ( from Mark Cohen's or LKCs books) include the 3 dantiens so there is some development there but it's not the main thing. If you haven't got a lot of time I would simplify and just do two. ZZ in the 5 postures that LKC recommends and a moving practice of your choice. You can even do the 6 healing sounds whilst standing at the beginning. But that's just me.

The double helix spiral structure of DNA ... discovered by Crick & Watson. Many different ideas for the structure had been proposed but they were not right, and one night I believe it was Watson who dreamt of a spiraling staircase. And this lead to the discovery, he woke up the next day and used his dream image to assemble the structure. It seems this dream is being erased from Wikipedia and other sources, because it is insulting to the image of what is called "research science" upon which many salaries depend. "Research science" must be the reason for the discovery and not a "dream", which anyone can do. If a "dream" can lead to discoveries an awful lot of people would be out of work, and moreover they wouldn't be able to walk about with their chest puffed out because they are so special. In fact what I have seen in my own software engineering is that from time to time a particular person in a team will "come up with something" and this ultimately leads to the success of the project or survival of the company. But it's not talked about much. The image must continue, the image of the "research scientist" and that whol hierarchy and structure around it. Now when Wikipedia and other "offical sources" are written, they are fully corrupt and ignorant of the true cause of things, of who actually discovered things and how, in order to protect the salaries and inflated image of .... a group of ordinary people who happen to be attached to this "industry". Anyway, it's all bullshit. And mostly stinking bullshit. It is difficult to really to what is going on. I imagine some of this "research science" might be worth something, but which parts I do not know. Frankly man's "world", the official world, is just a total lie, but somewhere inside are a few people who from time to time are doing useful and real things. Perhaps we should change the name of the planet to Planet BS. Anyway .... there is truth but not very easy to find. And I suppose people often want to bring down the hierarchy but ... that doesn't work either. What works is to find the truth of things, which is well hidden. In fact a large part of our special spends its time burying the truth and rearranging the hedges so nobody would know.

Well don't know what to say about that, but fact is mankind is completely delusional and unconscious, I am sure most master feel the same, you can be compassionate but after about 10 years how can you not be completely frustrated. How can people be so unconscious. Most of them think they are enlightened. People are totally frightening too, first they all think they understand, then they think they are enlightened. And then if an actual enlightened person turns up they murder him on a cross. Then once he's gone, they turn the whole thing into self-mortification, or gratuitious sex. What a place. Anyway, he talks beautifully about spirituality and his followers at least go to have lots of sex and dance around - there are worse things.
